Last DWM announced the strips in here. I’d guessed the first five, but I was expecting Target Practice and Doctor Who and the Fangs of Time to be in there, and Bringers of Darkness not to be. Hoping for a follow-up volume, which I’m dubbing The Man in the Ion Mask just in case anyone’s paying attention to what I think.

Those came after Land of the Blind publication-wise. They generally don’t feature more than 20 stops nowadays, which would only go up to The Curse of the Scarab, which needs to be in a collection with the rest of its arc

Presumably this is the collection of the 1990’s past Doctor strips from DWM. There were some mixed results… but personally I rather liked the Space Cow 5th Doctor / Davison strip so would be nice if they included that one. Looking at the (mock up ?) cover – Martin Geraghty is credited so appears that it will be πŸ™‚

So I’m not exactly an expert on the DWM comics. Does this contain all the remaining 1-5 comics? Mainly because I thought Tides of Time had all of the Fifth Doctor stories, but apparently not if there’s a story in here.

Tides of Time had all the Fifth Doctor strips from his era-during the gap between Survival and the Movie, they decided to stop doing Seventh Doctor stories and did a Doctor of the Month thing, so this has all the stories from that era.

It’s a neat looking cover… for a Second Doctor-focused volume. Not for one with four other Doctors.

I know it’s not multi doctor but the cover is great. And I suppose it makes sense as the cover refers to the title story

Shame the cover is 2nd Doctor specific… doesn’t scream ”multi-Doctor Comic Anthology”, should have artwork with all the Doctors featured.

I highly, HIGHLY doubt that that’s the reason

probably because how he was badly treated and publicly attacked on social media… poor Peter, such a nice man who didn’t deserve any schlock whatsoever…

Presuming the final cover (if this is not it) will have the other four Doctors and the new logo

Is that a temporary cover? Because I don’t like it…

I read the title as ‘land of the blind panini’. I wonder what that story would be like?

You’re not the only one who read that as the title
