Ace, companion to the seventh Doctor from the 1988 episode Silver Nemesis, is represented in here in her iconic black jacket with sleeves rolled up, signature ponytail hair, and comes with boombox portable radio cassette and “Ace” framed portrait. The figure has removable/replaceable outer jacket with alternate T-shirt arms to display the jacket on or off.

USA has already had the impossible set and most stuff is announced their first now
UK information on merchandise has become exceptionally poor with most licence holders and some retailers uninterested in keeping keeping potential customers up to date and informed .
Most of them cant even be bothered to reply to emails.

I watched “Silver Nemesis” so many times when the special edition came out on VHS back in the ’90’s. I particularly love that they’ve included the portrait, which, as somebody who’s working on her MA in art history, pleases me to no end! I’m also thrilled that they’re continuing to produce 5″ classic figures.

July 9th, 2014 - 10:03pmGlad you appreciate lesser discussed aspects of Who. The VHS release is superior to the DVD, which is rather frustrating. Agree about the continuation of 5in figures, again preferable to the 3.75; 25% downsizing seems to lose all facial resemblances to the original actors.
There is plenty about Who that can be appreciated at higher academic levels which I can testify with a science-based Masters. I for one see Who as a program to analyse and deconstruct with an entirely tangential interest in the relentless merchandise canon.

I really hope we get one more version of Ace and that being from Survival with Solum Headed 7th Doctor with Hat, Master and Cheetah Person, but I don’t think it will have due to the new sculpting for the Cheetah Person and 7ths head
