Re-released by underground toys to the USA and Austrian Markets some time ago but now featured here.

A Time Agent’s personal time-travel device, supplied with a miniature Tenth Doctor’s Sonic Screwdriver. Both items include light effects and are highly detailed. Vortex Manipulators have been used In the series by Captain Jack, River Song and the Doctor on occasion!

This item features a light, an adjustable strap and a removable cover. Batteries included.
