February 14th, 2025 - 10:36amI found the HOTD 19 set at BandM, bought a couple of packs with the intention of customising. I thought the plungers came out, but mine don’t seem to be. I don’t want to force it and break it. Any tips, customised?

February 14th, 2025 - 11:53amThe appendages do come out but they can be very stuck, I’ve broken a few new series Dalek guns trying to pull them out!
I would recommend either blasting them with a hair dryer for 20 seconds or submerging them in hot (not boiling) water. The plastic the appendages are made of is softer than the ball joints, so if you soften the plastic with heat they’ll pop right out!
If they don’t come out after the first 20 seconds just hit them again with some heat, don’t pull too hard and make sure you pull from the base of then appendage nearest the ball joints to avoid breaking
