All classic era stories were published with the exception of…

      The pirate planet

      City if death

      Shada

      Resurrection of the daleks

      Revelation of the daleks

Since then the BBC have released target versions of four of them.

The pirate planet by James Goss

City of death by James Goss

Resurrection of the daleks by Eric saward

Revelation of the daleks by Eric saward

Shada is available only as a full novel by Gareth Roberts.

The same five books were released as fan made books by TVS a New Zealand fan club in the early 2000’s. These are hard to get hold of but are good reads.

The pirate planet by David Bishop

City of death by David Lawrence

      Shada by Paul scoones

Resurrection of the daleks by paul scoones

Revelation of the daleks by jon preddle

She was great in Buffy. Im more shocked by the sudden death of legend Gene Hackman. A movie legend.

Yes, saw that this morning. It looks like Michelle took her own life sadly.

The next Harrops piece following on from the fifth doctor is a Primord from Inferno. Looks amazing.

Independently published, unofficial and the author seems to writing a lot of who books. I only know one person who has read one of the books and she said she would not be buying anymore. If you want to try them feel free but I think it’s a case of buyer beware!

Just found it on Amazon. It’s only 76 pages long, so not even a novella. Think I can give this one a miss!

Something that is, at least partially, related to Doctor Who that may be of interest…

Read on the Guardian’s website about software that replicates the analogue sounds of the Radiophonic Workshop.

Mark Ayres has been involved and is part of preseving the legacy of the workshop.

The software is on sale today at a reduced rate for the first month.

They’re usually approximately two years after the limited release, so I’d expect standard edition of s20 this autumn with 15 and 25 coming in 2026
