I suspect in a couple of months people will regret paying such high prices for these as they end up distributed among all the usual suspects for a few quid each.

Eaglemoss included a Death Zone Dalek in pretty much every order I placed and yet I only ever ordered one once. I’ve got seven of the things.

Recently sold a bunch of my 13th Doctor era ones as a bundle, at auction to free up some space.
I still never received the seismic detector Dalek from eaglemoss. It looks as though that one’s selling at crazy prices right now, leaving my Dalek collection incomplete.

Having got this far, it’s sad that the collection won’t be complete, but there is no way I’m paying £30+ for these. I have a feeling that they might turn up in the future anyway, if not c’est la vie!

Agreed, Don’t pay silly prices for these mass produced Cheap figures.
They’ll be readily available eventually at much more reasonable prices..

      You seem sure about that.

These had arrived in the UK and have been sent to subscribers and to Forbidden Planet,

These might be the tale end of all that’s left.

Yeah I’m sure, like the earlier figurines, they’ll have been made in their Thousands.
They’ll be in a warehouse or even containers somewhere, waiting to be set free.

While there’s no guarantee of course, I’m sure Coleman is right. There always seems to be a competitive flurry when previously unavailable things appear, but these were mass produced, just never made it onto the Eaglemoss website. Of course we might be wrong, but I think patience will be a virtue with these ones. I just wish we knew how far things like the Movellan and Karvanista made it in the production process. Who knows what’s stuck in containers somewhere?

Some people will never want to take the risk, there are no end of people who have paid a fortune getting Consoles etc from the USA just in case.

Hello Doug, Yeah these have always been Mass produced figurines. I’m sure from 200+ to 215 will all turn up in vast Quantities somewhere. It’s 216 onwards that I’m not so sure about. Although even these might turn up one day, it just depends how far into production they were.

Yes Booboo I can understand that. The uncertainty doesn’t help. I was very tempted to try to order the consoles and Cleaner Robot myself but can’t really justify (or afford) that just now. If I can’t get them then so be it but hopefully they’ll make it here eventually at reasonable prices.

I did put a preorder on the ‘Fendahl’ set with Entertainment Earth, as that’s one I’d really love to get. I received an email today giving an updated estimated arrival of October but that could be the proverbial pie in the sky.

Hi Coleman! I think you’re right and I got my subscribers Skaak and Styggron so again they reached mass production if not mass distribution. Who knows beyond that but fingers crossed it’s not quite the end!

You only have to see how quickly those Big Bad toys goods sold out. People are now willing to pay over the odds just to try and make sure they get the last runs including Cleanerbot, Fendahl set and Skaak on Horseback (I,m one of those people). Which has got me thinking that if Entertainment Earth have added the estimated October shipping date, they will want to get those overpriced orders in early on the off chance they can ship quickly, and in case they become widely available elsewhere and some people like, and then people cancel on them at the last minute. I,m quite sure they will turn up but its the uncertainty and some of us like to have a contingency.

And what was that i read about a lot of items being wrote off destroyed stock in vast quantities?

So sad to see that people are resorting to paying way more then they should. Just to complete a collection. Scalpers and sellers must be loving it at the moment. Rip dr who fans wallets again.

Good luck to anyone going down this route and as much as these figurines are missing from what we have here I’m not prepared to pay £30.00 a pop even if it came with the magazine, which these obviously don’t! Of course, you could then pay an additional £10 on the off chance the relevant issues come within the bundle but I really doubt you’d be that “lucky”. As much as it saddens me, I’d rather have an incomplete collection than pay those prices and still not have a “complete” collection due to missing the magazines. Still, they ARE selling so some people do think it a good deal.

Individuals are listing these with mags for £80+

People have paid a fortune to get the consoles from the USA.
