Anyone else notice Eaglemoss are.late collecting payment this month? The money for the Yeti has come out but not for the next two issues and it’s been almost 5 weeks since they took the last payment.

They are doing 6 weeks not 4 for the time being.

And I hope they don’t charge me for the next issues yet because I still haven’t received the Nimon and Renegade Dalek.

What? What that another email I missed. I didn’t get the email regarding the price increase either.

When you say 6 weeks, is that payment and deliveries or just payment. Thats very confusing.

Mine still hasn’t arrived. Any other subscribers still waiting? I know there are likely to be delays given all that is going on but just want to check I’m not the only one. It would be nice if they arrive before the money is taken for the next 2 figurines (which will be very soon).

I’m still waiting too. I’m not overly bothered about it, current circumstances and all that, fingers crossed it arrives soon.

I’m still waiting for my subscription delivery to arrive too, and I’m pretty sure they’ve already taken out money for the next one. Been more than a week since some subscribers got their delivery. Phoning Eaglemoss will leave us on hold even longer than usual so I prefer to wait before phoning though.

I’ve still not got mine. I usually get it a few days after everyone else but we’ve had the bank holiday so I’m hoping by the end of the week

Hey I was just wondering whether any of you guys have a) had yours yet an b) are you expecting a replacement to arrive with the Dalek and Nimon figurines?
The reason I ask is because it happened before is that people waiting for replacements added to order had to wait 2 weeks after everyone else so I was wondering if it could be happening again? I’m not actually expecting a replacement but there is a 50/50 chance I may end up with another Dalek plinth in the delivery.

Obviously Subscribers are currently getting these, but what about people who buy from elsewhere? I’ve currently got a date of 7th. May for this to ship out?

Arrived this morning but unfortunately yet another figure packed with damage. There are large chips to the ‘neck rings’ and as the fragment aren’t in the box it must have been packed that way.

While clearly there are far more important things to worry about just now, I have to say quality control has often been an issue with this collection. Still waiting for a replacement ‘First Doctor Companion’ set too.

Such a shame as it is my favourite merchandise series by far and I look forward to them arriving each month.

This has been said over & over again & still Eaglemoss turn a blind eye to it. I wonder just how much it must cost them in replacements, when if they did the job properly in the first place they wouldn’t have this problem?

My thirteenth doctor companion set came with two broken figures. My first doctor console came broken in about 5 different places. My werewolf and ann droid also came broken.(This is just recent ones) Once my replacement for a broken figure was broken.

Quality control really need to be stepped up. Once I got DVD files instead of figures!

As I’ve said before, just a lazy repaint job, when there are so many other figures they could do. Beginning to feel like Eaglemoss are just taking our money and having a laugh. And, yes – I could cancel my subscription but, after all this time and investment, I don’t want an incomplete collection. Either do better EM, or knock it on the head at issue 200 and concentrate on box sets. At least there’s a bit more imagination there.

I’ve never been against variants, but at this stage in the collection, when there are so many characters still to be done, and not many slots to put them in, it is starting to get a bit silly. At the minute, it looks possible the Nimon could be the only completely new figure in a group of ten, with this Dalek being followed by another Cyberman, Voc Robot, Weeping Angel, Judoon, Davros, etc. I get they need to do variants to keep the line going, but when there are other characters they could do to break them up a bit, it does start to get slightly irritating.

Was there a Dalek without a pupil in the episode somewhere I’ve missed? I don’t get why they’d leave it out on this one model

Not in there original appearances I don’t think but In Magicans Apprentice it doesn’t have one so that’s probably why they’ve done it

In that case it should have been a blue eye if it was a Magicians Apprentice Dalek, in the magazine it states it is a specific dalek from remembrance, which does have the pupil, even on the front cover it does.

Strange out of all the dalek’s they have done, this one doesn’t have the pupil compared to all the past 70’s and 80’s dalek’s.

Jordan9364, have a read of page 5 of the accompanying magazine, it explains that one of the Renegade props used in Remembrance didn’t have the pupil, unlike all the others, which did. It’s a bit strange that the photo the use for the ‘labelled image’ page features a photo of one of the majority of Renegade props that DID have a pupil, though, is based on the one that didn’t. But yeah, the article traces the story of the ‘exception’ prop and that our figurine is of that

Although I agree with Jamie, once it is on my shelf next to my other Remembrance figurines it looks great.

Please Neil if you are reading this…

I’d love a special of the Gold Dalek shuttlecraft in scale with the Battle pod with maybe a small Imperial Dalek at the entrance?

And a blown up Imperial Dalek with Claw sticking out… (Could be a Rare Dalek).

    …Pretty please.

As nice a figure it is, I do feel a little let down by them just repainting a necros dalek. Comes across lazy unfortunately. No eye pupil, rivets on the slats… especially given how accurate previous models have been I’m a little dissapointed. And this cant be blamed on the coronavirus as images were released before that was even happening…

However, it’s still a lovely figure and I look forward to adding it.
