It’s the last bit imagining the Cybermen eating dinner around a table just cracks me up.

Earthshock
– (no continuity gap)
Time-Flight (Tegan leaves)
– 5th Doctor/Nyssa stories
Arc of Infinity (Tegan returns)
– 5th Doctor/Nyssa/Tegan stories
It might be the first Cyberman story after Earthshock for Tegan but the audio ‘Spare Parts’ comes first for the Doctor and Nyssa.

August 6th, 2019 - 6:51amBig finish know their continuity so I doubt they ignore spare parts, especially as it’s one of their top stories that fans love.
I personally suspect that this is more a story that is the first time the doctor has met the “David banks cyberleader” since earthshock rather then the cybermen. The spare parts cybermen are early days and not responsible for adrics death.
