Titan recently hired Will Brooks to do some (not sure if he’s doing every Who range) of their photo covers. That’s one of his. He’s a great artist.

September 4th, 2015 - 7:29pmYep I’ve collected ALL the Titan comics so far, 9th,10th,11th,12th and the current Four Doctors event, I was gonna give all them up at the beginning of Year Two
(especially the 11’s series, I didn’t like the story OR artwork), but I now think I’m gonna just collect the 8th (because its only 5 issues) and 10th (because of the amazing unseen photos of David on the covers) this year.
