Doctor Who I, Tardis Memoirs of a Blue Box Hardcover
Available to order from www.amazon.co.uk, www.uk.bookshop.org and www.hive.co.uk
‘Did you ever wonder why I chose you all those years ago? I wanted to see the universe, so I stole a Time Lord and I ran away…’
BBC Books will publish the first memoir from the TARDIS. Packed with stories from across time and space, and featuring exclusive photography, experience the Whoniverse through the eyes of the TARDIS.
The Doctor has a unique bond with their TARDIS. They’ve always loved the ‘old girl’ for the way she’s gone looking for trouble anywhere in the universe. The Doctor says they stole the TARDIS from Gallifrey. The TARDIS disagrees…she stole them. It hasn’t always taken the Doctor where they want to go, but it’s made sure to take them where they needed to be.
For the TARDIS is far more than just a time machine crossed with a spaceship. Its life reflects the Doctor’s life – a shared wanderlust and longing to explore. Now you can revisit the Doctor’s adventures as seen through the eyes – or the flashing rooftop light, at least – of the TARDIS. From the time the Doctor stole it from Gallifrey to its latest adventures with the Fifteenth Doctor, the TARDIS reflects wittily on its epic, incredible history – past, present and future!

March 20th, 2024 - 12:58pmNot sure if this is simply an episode guide with a framing device using the Tardis/Irdris .
Strange design to have the TARDIS yellow, specially when it says on the cover. The memoirs of an impossible blue box .
Looks like a chunky book, but covering 60+ years needs something Bigger on the inside ( sorry)

March 20th, 2024 - 1:31pmNot sure if they are more volumes boo boo. This one is £16.99 the others are £35.00 and £20.00 respectively. They might be more volumes but the prices seem to indicate they are other types of book. I’m cutting down on who books and there seem to be rather a lot of hardcovers coming out. There are at least eight and most of them just interest me now. Still I’m sure others will them and that’s all that matters.

Doctor What
July 6th, 2024 - 10:57pmTurns out it is basically an episode guide of the last 61 years (as it includes all from An Unearthly Child to The Legend of Ruby Sunday, with no mention of The One Who Waits due to spoilers! But it does reference the groaning sound made in the 14th and 15th Doctor’s eras) still quite a good book, the pictures etc. are very high quality (and not flipped as they are in some books!!! Whoniverse guide I’m looking at you) And the cover is not blue and yellow but blue and shiny gold like the old 2011 era Target books were (watch out for finger marks)
