We have Brand new series 5 soundtrack CD to give away. Just leave an appropriate and sensible comment of some sort (it wont make any difference what you say) and a valid email address in the marked box ( email address will not be seen by anyone else and only used by ourselves to pick a winner, it must be valid, your own, or used with owners permission otherwise i wont be able to contact you)

Where do you start with Murray’s music, since Who’s return in 2005 he has been the sound of Doctor Who. His music for Rose and the Doctor in Season 1 are eerily beautiful. His Iconic Pieces from later seasons such as The Doctor Forever, This is Galifrey and Vale Decem could hold their place in any classical music performance.
Season 5 delivered some of his best yet, the haunting Mad Man with a Box is by far my favourite, but intertwined with other stunners such as Words Win Wars, The Silurians….
Pt 2
….The Vampires of Venice and the Life and Death of Amy Pond make this an epic listen.
And I am the Doctor, The Doctors New Theme truly fits the playfulness of Matt’s Doctor, with rising Harmonys and a quick base line, utter musical delight. I can’t wait for season 6’s soundtrack!

June 14th, 2011 - 3:12pmDoctor Who wouldn’t be the same without the amazing soundtracks that Murray Gold creates. Some of the tracks are downright creepy such as Time of Angels, and a some of them are just so exciting and/or moving they give me chills, like I am the Doctor and A Sad Man with a Box.
I still wish I had been able to go to the Doctor Who Proms.

June 14th, 2011 - 2:13pmwow i love this music. i feel that Murray Gold really makes the music work with the scenes. i love the piece words win wars (the doctors epic speech) from episode 12 it always make shivers go down my spine and i love to hear it. my other favourite is from victory of the daleks, i think its called spitfires in space (?) but this is greaT its up beat and really makes the fantastic effects work with the scene. Murray Gold you are a genuine geneous, doctor who is not the same withour your masterpeices 🙂
