Stocks Arrive – B&M 2020 Interim Sets Product Codes, Prices and Information
Please note we have closed comments now and will not be posting any more “stocks arrive” information whilst any form of lockdown is in place.

The Product codes for the new 2020 items are as follows…
- The 3rd Doctor and Tardis set Product code 357656 £19.99.
- 2020 Big Finish Doctor and Dalek Sets product code 357657 £19.99
You can search for these and previous sets on www.ebay.co.uk. We strongly recommend however you try your nearest store first in the coming days or wait for prices to stabilise as happened last time.
Please note we recommend you check any information yourself before travelling as some comments maybe out of date and in a few instances might prove unreliable.
The app for the most part seems reliable but has also seemed problematic in a few cases.

March 13th, 2020 - 5:18pmWent last Saturday. Its quite small and the toy section is tiny. Had about 20% toy stock of other B&M shops. I wish I hadn’t gone. They’ll get them eventually when all of us on this forum have found them elsewhere.

St James Retail – lots of figures, but no daleks. One Tardis the wrong way round on a random shelf like it had been thrown there. Sorry I bought that one! It was 7.30pm and I had visited most of the North East.

March 12th, 2020 - 4:17pmthink that is total nonsense – stock is out there and in regular supply so think they just wanted you to go away.
Its becoming a bit of a theme- the day i got mine, I called the store and they said “yes we have them” and they would be put out in the next hour, waited an hour, went to the store(20 mile drive so an inconvenience to me but one i was willing to do),got there and tardis sets on shelf so asked about the daleks, staff went in back and came back saying she had been told to say “they will be out when they are out”. I waited about another 45 mins as was shopping, rang them again- no answer, went back into the store, nothing on shelf, waited another 10 minutes, called twice no answer. loaded my car with shopping and thought would call 1 more time, no answer, decided to wander in one last time, the dalek sets had been clearly thrown onto the shelf, no tag.
At the end of the day head office should be warning and educating their staff but at the same time, the managers answering the phone whilst hiding in the back office should appreciate the extra customer interest and the additional revenue the sets trigger when more staff visit. B & M are very lucky and the increased trade should be appreciated- especially right now when the high streets are ghost towns that to “that virus” we are all panicking over

March 11th, 2020 - 7:21pmI really hope that Cheltenham or Gloucester get some more Dalek sets in stock at some point. I only ever saw them once in Cheltenham and once in the town centre store in Gloucester when they did the previous Big Finish sets a few months back. Hopefully they’ll give our county a bit more stock this time round as I’ve heard that these Daleks are very popular.

They seem a bit weird though, the side of the TARDIS seems warped.

March 11th, 2020 - 3:17pmNeither Hitchin store has the new sets. The Letchworth store has all three Dalek sets and the Tardis set. However, they have been separately shelved – the Dalek sets are at floor level in the furthest aisle; the Tardis sets are well above eye level on the opposite side of the aisle. They have a small stock (3/4) of everything.

Clearly only one box went out. There were 1 ea Dalek sets and 2 TARDIS sets when I got there at 5pm.

March 11th, 2020 - 2:43pmThere’s an option to ‘check other stores’ whereby you can type a location/city and it’ll auto generate the stores in that area within a radius. It’s worked for me but unless it goes from unavailable to ‘good stock’ i.e that store has just received a delivery, I’d take it as indicative and ring the store. I’m not sure how real-time the information and if one lonely Tardis was sitting on the shelf – how long it’d be until the app displayed that. Either way it’s infinitely better than what we have had to work with.

March 11th, 2020 - 1:34pmStockton High Street store got the Tardis set in last night as the app showed. Not sure about the Dalek sets. The distribution is following a very random pattern but the app showed Darlington and Hartlepool as being well stocked when checked earlier. I’d use it as indicative and check with the store on the phone before making the journey. I’ve found the staff to be more than helpful in most stores.
