    Is the controller special available from FP yet? I’d rather get it from there than go through the absolute mess that is Eaglemoss’ store.

      I’ve heard Subscribers are always having problems with Eaglemoss.
      But I don’t usually have any problems buying from their shop. All the newest items are stocked straightaway and using DPD they usually arrive in a couple of days at the most?

      apart from the liberty angel never had a subscription problem at all and always found the shop fine

    Can anyone clarify what’s happening with the Weeping Angel Statue of Liberty special?

    It wasn’t with the last subscription and I’m hearing stories that payment records were lost and we need to show proof of payment.

    I’ve also read that Eaglemoss are not informing subscribers of this error and we have to contact them. If this is in any way true, it is dreadful customer service but it would be good to have confirmation.

      Seeing some comments around and dont know what to believe, when they (EM) are in control of taking payments asking you to prove they have taken it seems somewhat odd.

      phoned them, its all true, they can’t see who has paid and who hasn’t, if you have had a payment of £21.99 take around month ago you need to take a screenshot and send it to them

      It seems very poor form that they are not contacting subscribers to at the very least least inform them!

      I’ve just received a reply via email saying there was a delay with the order and to “please allow 1 extra week for the order to arrive”. Doesn’t really deal with the issue and doesn’t say from when the extra week starts!

      I do think this collection is fantastic, but customer service has frequently been lacking for quite a few subscribers. Not really sure why an email couldn’t be sent to us. Shoddy treatment!

      Yeah this is a shambles – official update here;

      I’ve been told my figurine will arrive “in the next month”. Not great. Really poor show that they haven’t contacted subscribers, especially when money has been taken.

      I have still not got mine. As mentioned in a previous post I had to re order it after being told my credit card failed. Never had a problem before. The re order was done on the 13th July. I have been told it will take up to 21 days to receive. I have checked twice with EM that everything is OK.
      My one problem with EM is why they did not see fit to prioritise my order as it was their problem.Anyway I will let you know what happens. My advice is to ring them and check and double check that everything is sorted and your order is placed correctly.

      some people are not happy about the website getting stock before subscribers, in reality all stock arrives at the same time but at different locations which effects distribution in the current climate.

      I will stick with subs so i know i will get everything eventually even if a little late.

      I so far have 100% of releases bar 1 so would not risk that.

      What’s the one you don’t have?

      I’ve been considering changing as well, but I’d miss the rare Daleks too much, I wouldn’t want to miss Dalek Thay if they did him as a rare Dalek, a character I’ve wanted to see as an Eaglemoss for a long time

      It might not be the last 2 daz if they extend again. I just hate all the endless waiting and as a suscriber we should be prioritised and that just isn,t the case anymore. Seeing other people get them from the shop sometimes 3-4 weeks earlier really irks me. Now i can pick and choose what i want even if i pay that little bit more postage. The daleks used to be a big deal but if i want one i,m sure one will turn up on Ebay in time or there just happens to be superfluous stock but i won,t pay over the odds like some do on The heroes assemble site thankyou.

      I belive someone recently mentioned a Daleks in Manhattan set but it could so easily be a single release rather than a special. Its one of the few daleks not released i would like also Flying Shark. Just stick with the subs if you want them all.

      I understand the frustration but personally I am happy to wait knowing my order is guaranteed. And I need the Rare Daleks.

      As Booboo and Neil have said there’s 2 different warehouses, one for subscribers and one for store and unfortunately the store gets a lot of the figurines first. Neil has passed the comments on so hopefully things will change in future.

      I stopped subscribing to The Specials and now just buy them from the shop by grouping a few together and using a discount code/free delivery option.

      I too want more console’s so fingers crossed we’ll get them all.

    Neil, if you see this message, please can I make a personal plea for more consols to be released!! Specifically 9-10’s coral theme, 11’s bright tardis consol from series 5, and 13’s current crystal theme…
    no offense to classic fans but the original consols didn’t have a huge amount of variety in terms of design, I think the range would’ve had more interest if the modern ones got some more attention. I love all the modern designs, but we only got 1!! 🙁

      They’re the best part of the collection for me.
      I want an Eccleston/Tennant console and a series 5 console so badly.

      Totally agree, has been months since any delivery in Australia for subscribers and no communication. Brett Coles (Head of Customer Service! Lol) on FB gives those silly dispatch updates for UK/AUS/ etc.. but they have no basis in reality.
      Also wish they would make the pins available in Australia!

    Meanwhile the Australian shop is years behind…if we even get the releases at all, and it doesn’t go straight to unavailable. So infuriating!
