Two new Unannounced Weeping Angel variants
Two more Weeping Angels are now available to buy bringing the total variants from series 5 to five.
These so far unannounced figures comprise of a regenerating Angel with neutral face as seen on the back of the packaging with the strategist Dalek and a regenerated “weathered” Angel.

I got the regenerating with closed mouth when all toys were ha;lf price at sainsburys. i got the other from toys r us. that toys r us appeared overnight. went to london (2 hour drive) got back and found a toys r us. bought time too.

Nowonder I changed my mind, deciding instead to be actually getting some of these Angels in my SEREIS 5 assortment. It would be unwise not to, with such great figures of them available which are new, far more attractive/detailed and not only that but the Angels are the highlight returning monster of this series, not the lame new Silurians (a different branch of the species,damn rite!) and the and unclearly-how returing Cybermen. Had to figure that out.

I got my Projected Weeping Angel, Bracewell Variant and Ironside Variant figures on Friday. There’s no Aplan Statue figure or Saturnynian figure on the back of the packaging. Also, does anyone know where I can buy these online?

I got my Strategist yesterday, and my Scientist and Eleventh Doctor, Bracewell (Variant), Ironside (Variant) and Weeping Angel (Looped) figures have been dispatched by Forbidden Planet. I’ll take a look at the back of the Looped Angel’s packaging, to see if the Saturnynian and the Aplan Statue figures are there. Booboo, do you have the Looped Angel? If so, are they on the back? And does anyone know where I can get these two figures online?

I disagree with, and contradict that. New Angels, no, unchanged, the Angels are the creation of Steven Moffat, he wrote all of the storys to feature them, he created them and in their Series 5 appearance it is not NEW ANGELS, it is the Angels in a different situation, differen objective, different place, therefore what they do is logically in coordinance to what is going on. Theymore malevolent.

A pleasant, and very unexpected THING was it not, when it was that in Series 5 Wave 1, that the wave came out, hang around for a while, and then EVERYTHING CHANGES a bit; it was discovered that there is a full group of additional figures going out aswell. If you see the pictures of the entirety of this Wave, its a hefty and impressive THING. I just say thing when there is no other word to be found, I couldnt use “sight, assortment, amazement”? I dont have any better options at hand, than to put THING!4nowI doubt there would be more…

I think CO are doing well with the new series figures, but one very important thing:The 11th Doc with Jacket, can you see the Suspenders or did they not bother to paint them on, ?
The SDCC set, the Doctor in this set is of very high demand, and I no exception, but I would never buy one of those wretched rainbow-binliner Daleks, HATE the all of them. But in this set, is the Screwdriver different, say, closed instead of open? By any chance? If so, the Doctor in that set is priority material. I dont have an 11th Doctor because I prefer blue 1

It’s now very annoying because now they have almost made a variant of the variant. Heh! And you thought it was just the one! I had believed the alternate REGENERATED angel was to be weeping, not screaming.
But this is great that theyve made all these WA, this Series of Dr Who was really a major outing for the grey neck-snapping stone-skins (as a Viking might refer to them). i have seen both of these in the shop and the look great, but i still think the weathered one is a little pointless, but for army builders i could see why this variations is good edition to the wave

On the packaging they are called the same thing even though the figure is clearly different, I don’t know why Character haven’t released any images of these yet, personally I think these great.

In series 1,2,3 and 4, nearly every new wave had a lot of the same figures as the previous wave but with just a few new additions, at least we are getting lots of variations now giving people a much wider choice.

cool more angels i loved those angels in blink and the time of angels here is a cool review of the scariest figure in the wave by megashorts. But yeh i have two now i might get the regenerating new face figure but i’ll get the rest fist. Angels are one of my favourite monsters. ill tell you my top five favourite baddies.

Interesting! I will be buying all of these (except the normal Regenerated Angel since I already have the Screaming Angel from series 3).
