America has had quite a lot of Doctor Who merchandise in recent months, some of which not even available in the UK (for example the 50th anniversary calender). I do hope these figures go to the US also though, as both sides of the pond deserve these sets and to celebrate.

February 3rd, 2013 - 6:15pmThe nearest TRU to me the one in Scunthorpe. And evey time i visit it, they are jam packd with old figures that just have not sold. Im surprised TRU wanted more figures. Could just be the odd TRU that is like that though. Depends on the area.

February 4th, 2013 - 10:15amAnd the Doctor Who section was so big there were MASSIVE cardboard images strung up on the shelves that could be seen from far away in the store.
Haven’t been there since Matt Smith became the Doctor, which is a shame, but I do own the blue bowtie 11th Doctor Series 5 super rare figure. I still think it was disgraceful of CO to only have that figure released in TRU when they had the original red bowtie one rereleased countless times with no change what so ever ❗

That original 7th Doctor figure has been released twice with no changes, so, lets hope 3rd time is the charm !

February 3rd, 2013 - 9:48amthere are a hard core of completest that buy everything – just the new packaging is enough even if the figures are the same. you would be surprised how many people out there will buy these just on that basis, these sets are aimed at the casual buyer however.
