Why is it when they do a simple repaint they think it’s ok to charge more for it than the original??? Forbidden Planet have put this up on their website today with a price of £59.99 & a RRP of £69.99…, the silver version is still available at £49.99 & all of the costs involved in making this black painted bust were incurred when making the standard silver version so I’m at a loss as to why the black paint should make it cost so much more???

Designworks have put a new video up on their Youtube page, showing how they make the Big Chief collector figures…And in the background you can see a 7th Dr Maxi Bust!

The simple answer to that question is no…, I’ve not seen the 7th either but apparently he’s been spotted, didn’t see him in the you tube video, may have blinked & missed him!?! lol Not sure why the 2nd Doctor got made as a statue & yet missed out as a maxi bust but I’m sure they’ll get around to making him next year.

I wonder if the second doctor will be made as a bust… it would love him to be playing his iconic recorder

That’s a great idea, I hope they do that…, it makes sense.

I’ve been thinking of getting a bust for a while now but to be honest I don’t know weather it’s worth it. The detail and everything it great but you can’t really do much with it and you don’t get the same amount of enjoyment you may get from a DVD. You can’t play with them, all you can do is look at it every now and again. I was thinking of getting because it may become rare but i’m not sure. Someone convince me it’s worth buying it??
