it says this in the terms and conditions

If you are a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products. To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing and return Products in the same condition in which you received them at your cost.

maybe i am missing something big here but i don’t understand
    What does it mean?

depending on when you cancel, any items that you may recieve after your cancelation date and that they have refunded your payment for, you have to return at you own cost.

So, say you stop at issue 10 and they send you issues 11 and 12. They will refund you that money but you will have to send issues 11 and 12 back to them as they have refunded you the money.

Thats how I understand it, I could be wrong!

    • DiavoloFelice

      July 2nd, 2013 - 7:43pm

Yeah but they can go on for a long long time, lord of the rings collectors models went on for 180 issues, so it can be a big outlay in money and time and space.

The only thing that is putting me off is how ropey the 11th Doctor looks but the Daleks are very tempting.

    • cjayp33

      July 2nd, 2013 - 7:59pm

The 11th doctor figure is bad, but the rest i.e monsters are very good, so don’t let the 11th doctor put you off.

    • DiavoloFelice

      July 2nd, 2013 - 8:07pm

Think I’d like to see how a few more of the human sculpts turn out first. But for the size of them it’s hard to make a spot on likeness.

    • HalfPintOfInnes

Yes, there will be one for each Doctor, hopefully we get some companions too! And maybe a K-9 bonus figure with a certain issue along with the main figure as it is smaller than a usual figurine so that’d be quite nice.

    • Anonymous

      July 2nd, 2013 - 12:15pm

By the looks of things they were planning to do a special issue at some point with Sarah Jane Smith and K-9 as a twin pack (probably for a slightly higher price tag).

    It says…
As a subscriber you will automatically receive display plinth as they come available at £14.99 each every 10 issues. Tick here if you DO NOT wish to receive them.

As a subscriber you will automatically receive binders every 16 issues at £6.99 each. Tick here if you DO NOT wish to receive them.

I am confused, does this mean, you get the binder free and then you pay for it after 16 issues or what? Coz it says automatically as a subscriber which I assumes means you get it free as it has been mentioned many times before?

ok thanks, P.S. when do you receive each thing and when? As in:
1st fortnight = Doctor mag and figure + 1st free gift?
      2nd fortnight = cyberman ” ”+ 2nd free gift?
and what gift will they be? Thanks

    • booboo

      July 1st, 2013 - 8:24pm

no its per delivery and you get 2 issues per delivery so you should get them all within 8-10 issues

    • The Comment Man

      July 1st, 2013 - 8:35pm

So you get issue 1 and 2 in the first delivery (fortnight no.1) with the first of the seven daleks and i.e. a binder(I’m a premium subscriber) and then issue 3 and 4 in the second delivery(two weeks later) with the second of the seven daleks and i.e. the stand followed by issues 5 and 6 (another two weeks later) with the third dalek and i.e. the dalek emperor. Then issues 7 and 8 (two weeks later/fortnight no.4) with forth dalek and what? But when do you get the stand and where does everything else fit in like the other three daleks and figures

    • The Comment Man

      July 1st, 2013 - 8:39pm

I phoned two weeks ago to update credit card, but they would not let me, saying they would write when the magazine was launched.

Even though I was in the first 100 to subscribe, I only ever got issues 2&3

    • cjayp33

      July 1st, 2013 - 7:48pm

@The Monitor all subscribers only got issues up to issue 3.

I would prefer it they did start again and we had to resubscribe so that I can get issues 2/3 again undamaged this time. Failing that I hope we test subscribers get resent issues 1-3 as all three of my issues are damaged in some way and want undamaged issues to match future national issues. It would be easier for Eaglemoss/customer services if we did have to resubcribe.

Chain newsagents are often forced to stop selling some partworks are issue x (where x can between 7 & 12).

When Battles In Time came out, the magazine sold incredibly well in WHS, yet they decided to the annoyance of the staff and customers to discontinue after a certain point. This forced me to subscribe. Whether the mag was available again later I dont know.

good, I hope they do classic characters and monsters as well. I hate it when something ‘Doctor Who-y’ is released and it’s meant to be ALL doctor who and then they only have new series stuff on the front, or books, which says it’s the ENTIRE history of Who…, but only since 2005! Really irritates me. They BETTER do classic characters

    • cjayp33

they will do classic series as it covers the whole 50 years.
