What do you think of new figurines so far and what would you like to see next

If your figure is broken do you have to send an image. What if the painting isn’t good on it do you have to send an image.

If the figure is broken and you email them or pm them on facebook, then you will need a photo. You can however phone them, and then you don’t need to show them a photo, that’s how I got my replacement War Doctor.

If the painting is poor and you can’t paint, then the same applies, send them a photo, but personally, I hate it when people ask for a replacement because of a slight smudge.

      Who do you ask.

When can you get the cyber king figure online. Is there any more special figures of 1st and 2nd issue.

    • The Werewolf

      October 5th, 2014 - 11:20pm

If you go on their website you can get their email and phone no, or you can type “Doctor Who Figurine Collection” and get their Facebook page and contact them that way. They will sort it out.

As for the Cyber King, it should’ve been on their site by now. The other specials went up just before they were released. You can ask them that in the email to, in fact you might be able to buy a Cyber King over the phone, I’m not sure.

You should have asked for a replacement, you can still keep the broken one.

Were the first two issues fine as well?

A few, if you e-mail them they will normally send out a replacement free of charge (and you get to keep the broken one which is nice of them, then again a broken figure won’t do them much good).

They do take a while to send out though, I will warn you if you have a broken figure.

They just come out in Australia my cyber controller had a broken right arm but I fixed it with a bit of super glue.
I recieved issue four on Thursday and that was in damaged.

    • The Werewolf

Also does any one know if the special issues come into the news agents

      Thanks

I think you should subscribe, as it ensures you won’t miss an issue, unless it gets lost in the post or something.

The special issues tend to do so I think. I remember seeing the TARDIS and Slitheen ones in newsagents as I walked past them.

There’s a list of 71 issues that was put out a while back as an early rough draft. I’d advise you to check through it and compare it to the magazines that have already been released, if it is the one I’m thinking of there are already several incorrect figures listed.

    • Anonymous

      October 1st, 2014 - 5:08pm

If you want an example, look at their Facebook page. Somebody has posted a list they’ve just been sent by Eaglemoss’ marketing team.

In at number 32 is John Hurt’s Doctor… the one that came with issue 24, and many of us already own. I don’t know what’s worse, the fact they sent it or the fact somebody honestly posted it without bothering to read through it.

    • The Werewolf

We’re at issue 29. So it is not the correct order if it’s only right up to issue 20.

    From Neil Corry on Twitter:

    34 – The Fifth Doctor
    35 – Dalek Ironside
    36 – D-84

    38 – Jabe
    39 – Genesis Dalek

She was on the line-up, they all were (might not have been any more specific than “Voc Robot” though), hardly a surprise. Irritating, but expected.

    • The Werewolf

      September 21st, 2014 - 12:46am

I know she was on the list but they did say they weren’t all confirmed and I was seriously hoping that she, Max Capricorn, Smiler, Snowman and extra Cybus Cybermen would be removed from the line-up. Wishful thinking I suppose, but I still hold out hope on not having the others I mentioned.

    • Anonymous

Really you should go forward with the assumption that only the order is wrong. You can’t be disappointed if you go in expecting the worst.

Has anyone else noticed that on the website in the upcoming figurines section it says we’re getting a Supreme Dalek? But since number 13 is already there, is that the new Paradigm version? Also, it says we’re getting the Dalek Emperor, which may also be the one from Evil of the Daleks.

They just haven’t updated that from last year when they put it up. It refers to the Rassilon, Supreme Dalek, Emperor etc which we already have.

    • Anonymous

Emperor Dalek is the Davros version, the Evil one would be far too big for a regular issue.

Gunslinger is just a rumour. There are also reports from someone claiming to be a member of the magazine team that it will be a Clockwork Droid.

As things stand I don’t trust either, but I’d rather go for the one claiming to be from the team than the one which comes from “someone on the internet”.

    • The Werewolf

Does anyone know what Special Dalek 3 is yet? I hope it’s Dalek Sec.

No we don’t. As for your other question, you’ve already asked this before and my answer will be the same as it was then. He is still a “classic Doctor” because he appeared during the classic run, why on earth would appearing in the modern run change that?

    • Doctor 909

      August 13th, 2014 - 11:27am

I think it’s the Saucer Dalek from Asylum of the Daleks (according to the website which is being fairly accurate) and yeah, he’s a classic doctor.

    • The Werewolf

      August 13th, 2014 - 11:34am

Doctor 909 is right. The Rare Daleks now have a confirmed running order and the Saucer Commander is next. After that it is the plinth, then Mad Throne Room Guard (Asylum), then Imperial Guard Dalek, then Dalek Sec and last will be the awesome ‘Chase@ Dalek.
