April 22nd, 2014 - 5:18pmWell, in it, Steven is telling a story of one of his adventures with the Doctor. At this point, he has left the Doctor, so yes it is set AFTER The Savages, but the story he is telling is set just before The Savages, so it is also set BEFORE the Savages.
