Character Building Tardis Dematerialising Mini Set

TARDIS stands for Time And Relative Dimension In Space and looks just like a wooden Police phone box from the 1950’s on the outside, but is of infinite proportions on the inside. This incredible time machine is piloted by the Doctor, a mysterious Time Lord and its able to transport him anywhere through time and space, disappearing in one place and reappearing somewhere new.

I would say ‘waste of money’ but then I remembered this set is made for people that make ‘figure adventures’ for easier TARDIS dematerialization! I won’t get it as I dont make figure adventures and as I said… its not very good!

I got mine yesterday from a seller on E bay, it’s fantastic, and one of those column’s beside the door is now taking pride of place beside my custom master figure

I’m a sucker for clear toys. I’m planning to have this sat on the shelf surrounded by 4 Angels. Don’t need extras of the figures so they’ll end up given to my friends’ kids.

Not a fan of this set, old figs and a bit pointless, not sure they are getting the testing designing or marketing side of things right.

shame, I hope this isnt the death of the CB line of products/sets, If the sales for these aren’t great I hope they get time to fix it.

This one looks nice enough, but it is just a recolour of the original set (which was one of the better sets).

I will definitely get this one… but not so sure about any of the others (maybe the Dalek ship).

    July 16th, 2012 - 4:13pm

I think that this set is good for people who like to do animations, so they can have 3 different frames, one with nothing, one with the dematerialising TARDIS and then the original box. Perfect really for stop motion animators.

    Would have been better if:
The bottom of it was clear,
The middle to “POLICE BOX” sign was clear blue,
The top was the regular blue.

I have to say, this set looks pretty cool also, the older pictures of this set didnt look very good, but I am pretty impressed with all these new sets, 5″ figures also, CO are doing well with these, which is brilliant!
