They set up as Product Enterprise to make Doctor Who merchandise in 2000, they had the licence for 5 years but it was extended a year at the request of the BBC until Character Options could set up & manufacture the new series products…, once they were up & running Product Enterprise ceased trading & the people that ran it set up as Sixteen 12 Collectibles, they never went out of business, the companies owner said they were only ever in business to make Doctor Who products & it was only a 5 year business plan. Sixteen 12 Collectibles plan to make 1:6 scale Doctor Who statues didn’t go to plan as they were poor sellers so they let the licence lapse as it wasn’t worth renewing, same for the big movie Dalek’s…, it was a real shame as I had a set of 3 on preorder, still glad I was able to get the 5 statues though, pity no more were made.

Are these people out of business?

I thought they stopped years after changing their company name lots of times. (Product Enterprise was one)

Yes, sadly. The creator was on the TARDIS Builders forum for a bit…he said sadly not many preorders were made.
