Well, I have tried about 20 newsagents of which about 8 sell SFX and have 4 out of 5 covers. No one shop had more than one cover. If SFX want to sell multiple copies their distribution is utterly useless.

This seems to be the case now. With that Radio Times last year, I travelled to over 60 newsagents before getting all 12 covers. 59 Newsagents had 1-2 cover and 1 had 3.

When Time Out do their 5-10 covers there is no chance whatsover of getting a set from shops. Shame really.

It annoys me sometimes with these ‘Variant covers’ because it would cost £25 to get them all if you were a committed collector.

However I am torn between getting the Doctor one and Vastra

    NEW DOCTOR, NEW DANGER.

Clearly a nod to the old Labour Party campaign poster slogan ‘NEW LABOUR, NEW DANGER’ back in the 1990’s before Tony Blair became Prime Minister of Great Britain.

    Wow :O
Every image of Capaldi I see just makes him look even more Bad-ass!
Those eyes – don’t need anything else, no words needed, they say it all – mess with me and you’re finished!
He could genuinly stare any foe into total defeat and submission without lifting a finger or saying a word

Did you know that Capaldi is so cool, he has completed the entire game of Flappy Bird with his eyes shut. Twice.

Chuck Norris could only do it once.

    • The Other

      July 23rd, 2014 - 11:54am

      XD
If Capaldi went up against The Demon Headmaster in a staring contest, Capaldi would reduce him to a jibbering wreck within seconds

      Aloha Clara,

Or should I say Jenna? :0) I love your character….you play Clara so well!!! I hope you’ll be “around” ( Who) for a long, LONG time……which in Who-land may only be 4 or 5 more years at best. :0( Matt made the transition from David so easy…..even though losing David was heart wrenching! The episode with you and the three Doctors was absolutely BRILLIANT, BTW. Looking forward to seeing how #13(is it? if David was 10 AND 11, sort of) “flows” onto the scene…..

Maybe Who could do an Episode in Hawaii some time……

Capaldi looks epic in the picture, I can definitely see why he was chosen from his picture alone. He just sucks you in with those eyes of his. He must the the Doctor Who equivalent of Chuck Norris; a man who can have a staring competition with a Weeping Angel and win. Maybe we should come up with some more awesome Capaldi facts to emphasis his epicness.

Here’s some that I just thought up.

Capaldi once went fishing and caught Cthulhu.

Capaldi doesn’t have nightmares. Nightmares have Capaldi.

Capaldi doesn’t need to fly the TARDIS. He just stares it into submission.

The lost stories aren’t missing. They’re just afraid of Capaldi.

Capaldi doesn’t do the moonwalk. The moon walks for him.
