I’ve just managed to pick up the product enterprise 12” red tv version.
It came with the newer style purple box and purple remote. Should it have been in the earlier box and with the blue remote?
Also, can anyone tell me if it is 27mhz, or 40mhz?
    Thanks

Depends what’s wrong with it. I have found that dipping a cotton bud in fresh lemon juice and cleaning all battery contacts works wonders, not just with Daleks but with any battery compartment. The acid clears up corrosion. I got two Movie Dalek “Tardis” remotes working by doing that.

I have just been given a movie enterprise Dalek ( the drone) but no remote, which I believe is saucer shaped, can a remote for the other type ( the purple remote) be used. Thanks

mine are packed away but prototype Dalek might know, there were 2 different frequencies i think so they would have to match

Some remote’s will work with each other yes. As long as they are the same frequency and are product enterprise then they should work on the same remote.

Character options remotes will not work with product enterprise.

Hi, I wonder if anyone could help. I have the silver/chrome full radio controlled Daleks Invasion Earth 2150ad. It’s still boxed, never opened and has the limited number (of 1,000) stamped on the box. I’ve been trying to get some estimate of it’s value on the usual websites but with no success and wonder if anyone had some idea of it’s current value? Thanks in advance. M.

I’ve just got hold of a silver and blue one with red lamps. Box is a bit battered on one side and not sure if the RC works. I’m looking to sell it on ebay. Is this a rare one then?

      May 24th, 2017 - 2:15pm

I think it is the rarest of the 2 compared to the blue eared version

Hoping somepone can help me work out what model dalek I have.
It’s a chrome 13″ Product Enterprises stamped with the number 09607 on the base and on the remote.
All the info I can find on similar ones say it is a limited edition, 1000 only.
So my question is what does the number on mine mean?

I have 2 chrome Movie Daleks and both are under 1000 but normally the number isn’t on the Dalek and remote but on the actual box. Do you have the Box?

    • Rogue

      August 1st, 2016 - 8:57am

Unfortunately the box is nowhere to be found 🙁

      August 1st, 2016 - 10:17am

Shame, would’ve been easier to know then. Maybe its just the production number or something like that. booboo is the kind of knowledgeable person that would know about this kind of thing.

    • booboo

      August 1st, 2016 - 10:23am

when you say stamped to you mean small numbers actually “moulded” into the plastic base, some of mine have numbers and other dont could just be a production number as such

    • Rogue

      August 1st, 2016 - 11:41am

The following is moulded into the plastic in raised letters – Product Enterprise Ltd 2006 Licenced by Canal+UK Made in China
The letters are quite small and are etched/stamped into the plastic.

booboo, do any of the numbers on yours correspond in any way with the edition number or are they totally random? As you say, maybe it’s just a production number.

It’s just that I would have thought that each limited edition would have an individual number on it, like numbered limited edition prints of art work.

      August 1st, 2016 - 12:06pm

sorry your comment didn’t get through because of a key word

my red Movie Dalek is the same but the numbers are 28106, it could simply be a production number rather than signifying any rarity

I only have the one Movie Dalek so cant compare any others

Studio Canal hold the rights to anything to do with the movies, not the BBC so they could have wanted the products numbered who knows

    • prototype dalek

      August 1st, 2016 - 12:11pm

I do have all 6 and I have looked at the loose ones and they do have it at the bottom 5 digit numbers, maybe it is just a production number nothing significant.

Does anyone know where I can find a sucker arm for the 12″ bronze remote controlled Dalek? Also the bits and bots for the helmet? Or does anyone know if the sucker arm for the 18″ bronze Dalek would fit the 12″ version?

These are the daleks I grew up with as a kid and I love them. I have all 4 boxed ones of these, though the heads don’t move on 2 of them. I also have all the 12 inch ones, except for the limited gold edition one, which are even better, their voices are amazing. Good luck in getting one.

Wow I saw one come up and it sold for nearly 700 pounds on ebay. They are rare, I think only 50 exist world wide. The only thing I have close to something that rare, with regards to Daleks, is the silver and black Palitoy one.

      April 28th, 2016 - 8:40am

I remember watching that actually, huge amount. Yeah, mine is number 3 of 50. I have the red and black and silver blue but I don’t have that one, never got round to it

      May 21st, 2016 - 4:27am

I was tempted lol but £700 is a bit too much. I was lucky with the Palitoy one. I believe that less than 12 are supposed to exist in that colour scheme. I also have the other 2 variants. I always wanted one as a child because my friend had one and I thought it was the best thing ever. I ended up with the bubble bath black and yellow one instead.

Just got the Black, Gold & silver one on Amazon for £39 Factory sealed. There were 2 available from the seller so i guess i got lucky as the other one sold very quickly as well. The only one left on there is selling for £199. Worth checking there every so often.

I have all the radio remote control and the infra red versions. There are realy 4 different infra red daleks two silver versions one with the normal blue ear horns and the rare red horn version both can be seen in the movie.Back in 2005-2006 Product Enterprise where producing a movie dalek with the cutting tool attachment,it was never made for general sale as the company folded, but the proto-types where sold off.

I really like them! I have the red and blue ones and I am looking for the black! It’s a shame the black one has a claw though, because in the movie it had a sucker arm. Also the blue one had red lights in the movie, not blue!
