Radio Controlled Dalek Drone
Many years ago, the Daleks sent out thousands of egg-shaped Progenitors containing the genetic coding of the race, so that new Daleks could be created whenever necessary. One of these Progenitors was found in war-torn England during the Second World War and transported to a Dalek ship.
However, because the Daleks that found it had been genetically modified by their creator Davros, using his own DNA, the Progenitor did not acknowledge them as pure Daleks, until the Doctor identified them as such and the Progenitor created a new race of powerful Daleks as a result.

These Daleks were led by the white-cased Supreme, the red-coloured Drones, the enigmatically titled yellow cased Eternal, blue cased Strategists and orange Scientists.
This fully functional radio controlled 13” Dalek Drone includes a handset with ‘Dual Stick’ movement control, 10 Dalek phrases and exterminator gun sound effect, activated using the five button sound selector. Also includes an illuminated eye, poseable gun and arm. Dalek requires 4 x AA included. Controller requires 1 x 9V not included. For ages 5 years and over.

Do they even have them in Australia, because I’m dying for one.
Posted by: Mels January 22nd, 2012
We did, yes, but these were released in 2010 and are long sold out now…
Our distributor has them listed as ‘preorder’ though, so looks like they are trying to get some more in (but I don’t know if they will).

Fantastic sculpy, would have prefered it bigger than the Dalek Sec RC but still… One downside was the retarded voice, it sounded like the dalek was on crack!
Posted by: Thor September 10th, 2010
Hello !
I’ve heard something about a RC Supreme Dalek (possibly as an exclusive) in comments. Do you have news about that ?
Thank you !

Posted by: booboo August 3rd, 2010
Our local Argos stores haven’t had them yet and they are all out of stock.
The price seems very odd, its good for the consumer but like you say nearly half the price of everyone else and it seems bit unfair on other retailers as i’m sure there is no way they can sell it for that.
Posted by: Keith August 3rd, 2010
Can I offer a Dalek price alert. The desktop patrol Dalek is available now (3rd August) at £ 8.99 which is almost half the price I’ve seen advertised on other sites. i got one this morning which I had to reserve on Saturday. It’s 3″ tall and the finish is “questionable”. However, when you put in three AAA batteries and switch him on, he will roam over a desk top or flat surface til he comes to the edge or a wall like surface and then he growl EXTERMINATE and then turns around and finds another direction. Cute item.

I’m happy that Amy is on the top banner. The New Dalek makes it look a bit scarier than before.
Posted by: who’s your nan! July 31st, 2010
apparently this comes out on september 26th, but when i went to argos i went on one of those machines that tell you whats in stock and it said this dalek was in stock!
Posted by: The No.1 Doctor July 31st, 2010
I have the black dalek sec and it is fantastic so I’m looking forward to this new piece of merchandise. I’m in Australia so, most probably get it next year or mid December.
Vist my Youtube channel please: http://www.youtube.com/user/DALEK2626

This was originally listed as a Supreme Dalek (even when you check in store at Argos it said Supreme ) so i would image the voice and components have been designed around that but the plan changed at some stage and would have been to costly to start again.
I suspect a Supreme will pop up sometime, possibly as an exclusive (Toys R Us maybe, they have had them before)
Posted by: pupbenny July 29th, 2010
booboo, I emailed CO to ask why it has the supreme dalek voice and they said because of how much it costs to make and stuff like that! But I would have thought it would be cheaper with the other voice. Because all they’d have to do is get the voice of the previous 12″ RC dalek as seen below.

Posted by: pupbenny July 28th, 2010
@booboo Yes I suppose people don’t like them having a completely different shape. Everysingle other dalek has the same shape. Diagonaly at the front and straight at the back. But these ones are different. I don’t mind it personnely.
Posted by: bo9 July 28th, 2010
I do not like his voie
Posted by: BooBoo July 28th, 2010
Mmmm, have to be a bit diplomatic here, I’m getting used to them, i was at the proms and the white supreme on stage looked great, if I’m honest like most people its the “Hump” that doesn’t look right.
Posted by: pupbenny July 28th, 2010
@realadamroberts Excellent!
Another new dalek liker! Just like me!
booboo, if you don’t mind me asking, do you like the new daleks?
Posted by: realadamroberts July 27th, 2010
It’s good to finally see a taller R.C. version of the new Daleks. They’re the best Dalek design I’ve ever seen!
Posted by: booboo July 26th, 2010
Unfortunately we get nothing for free and have to buy it all. Mostly because we like it all
Posted by: Anonymous July 26th, 2010

Posted by: pupbenny July 26th, 2010

Posted by: who crazy! July 25th, 2010

You spell it Hartnell.
Posted by: Matt Smithington July 25th, 2010
1:I might get it so my cat can play with him.
2.It does sound like supreme.
3.Whoever made the new header for the Merch site should be proud, I’d have paul mcgann instead of heartnal ( or however you spell it ).
Posted by: the flaw games July 25th, 2010

Posted by: Mad Monk July 24th, 2010
That sounds like the Supreme voice, wasn’t this supposed to be a Supreme when it was first announced?

Posted by: Keith July 24th, 2010

Posted by: booboo July 24th, 2010
The voice is much lower than we are used to from previous Daleks but its how they were in the episode for the most part. it does sound strange first time off but its pretty good really

so have to get this i so love the new daleks
Posted by: jimjam July 8th, 2010
£17.99 on pre-order from Forbidden Planet – I might be tempted. I love the new design – it reminds me of the Daleks from the films which were so much more impressive than those on the TV series at the time. Still horses for courses.
Posted by: Justininferno July 8th, 2010
These ‘new daleks’ look rubbish even as toys.
Definately will not be buying this or anything else with these awful designed Renault Meganes. I mean ‘daleks’.
Posted by: PETER/KORSAIR July 7th, 2010
Not a flipptn’ chance of me buying one of these
Posted by: booboo July 7th, 2010
They were always £39.99, suppose that’s inflation and its a bit bigger
needless to say we will get one, this was supposed to be The Supreme White Dalek originally so look out for an exclusive somewhere, Toys R us or Argos possibly.
Posted by: Adam July 7th, 2010
I’m not sure about the price – but it looks good!
Posted by: booboo July 7th, 2010
Seems to be around £45
Posted by: miss-who July 7th, 2010
