I wonder if there will be a full-fledged Jago+Litefoot/Paternoster Gang crossover in future?

I wonder if Vashta and Jenny will appear at the end or could this be a first in a series of Jago & Litefoot & Strax

Haven’t listened to them so don’t know how it will go, from the sound of the synopsis, not well. Just seems a little silly and repetitive, him mistaking Jenny and Vastra for Jago & Litefoot ๐Ÿ™„ . Plus its written by Justin Richards who isn’t bad but I think is better at reference books.
However I do want to listen to Jago & Litefoot who were enjoyable in Talons so I think I’ll start at the beginning.

Poor Jago and Lightfoot. Strax is an abomination.

I think it all depends on how they introduce the characters

I dont know why people seem to think this is a bad idea, i think it will be good and funny at the same time, i also might give this a listen because i actually haven’t listened to any of the Jago and Litefoot audios

Same here, People are too quick to Judge. I don’t think Richards has written for Strax before so he May handle him right

It’s because most DW fans are British and most British are negative by nature. I’m glad not all of us are though.

Strax has gotten a bit of criticism for his comedic style of seeming to be dim-witted at times and absurdly oblivious about humans taking a gander on people’s nerves. Certainly, he’s not my particular favorite of the Paternoster Gang, so that wouldn’t be my biggest motivation to get this set, though it does sound humorous.

There also might be some frustration stemming from the people who just want the Paternoster Gang to get their own audio series or something rather than just dropping in and out of the show or doing guest star roles like this.

I think it will be good fun, I like Strax’s dim-wittedness, people expect him to just act like all the other characters, but he is the one alien worthy of the name alien, he isn’t supposed to know about human behaviour and biology, he is sontaran. Oh and by the way Slitheen97 Justin Richards has written for Strax, he wrote the 12th doctor novel Silhouette, which featured the Paternoster Gang
