Caved into buying these as I’m usually strictly a Pop collector, but at these prices for Titan vinyls I couldn’t resist.
Ordered myself A 9 Inch Trenzalore Tardis, A 6 Inch David Tennant and 4 random ones of the smaller figures, planning on ordering the Beast and A Statue of liberty Angel if there still in stock

    Can anyone help me out?

I ordered the two ‘Enemies’ sets last time they were reduced on the 3rd of October and was having them delivered to my parents and had assumed they turned up.
Spoke to my Dad yesterday turns out it never arrived yet it still says “The following items have been despatched and should arrive shortly.”
Clearly they were lost in the post or something, does anyone know how I can contact them and either get a refund or have my items found and delivered?

Try their contact page and find an email, if you got an e-receipt there should be an email you can contact on there.

Have you checked at you local sorting office in case no one was in?, its not uncommon for a card not to be left

These items have a return address and it very unusual for packages this size to get lost on the post.

Sometimes big parcels do go missing, posted a 12″ Assault Dalek to Australia once. eBay contacted me and said it was lost but later I contacted the seller and they said it had arrived. It was all very strange
