Looking closely at the side angle, it looks like Aggedor is bending to take a dump.

I think I,ve really lowered the tone of this page now. Its going a bit lowbrow. Apologies.

More like Aga Poo. See youve set me off again now.

    • The Werewolf

      September 29th, 2017 - 6:31pm

Doo-doo is also a euphemism for poo though, so Skonnos said the same as you. Although I think he was getting at Agga-doo-doo, push pineapple shake a tree

Werewolf and skonnos your so right. I was thinking of the black lace song, so slow to realise euphenisms aside i think i,ve pushed this pineapple as far as it will go. that ageddor figurine can,t be released fast enough (No pun intended).

I noticed on the poll there is a current (2014) TARDIS exterior. What are the main changes? Looks almost identical to the 2010 version?

It means a larger version of the same TARDIS model is Special Issue 1.

Has anyone done the math if this collection goes to 180 issues when that is likely to take us to….presumably around 2-3 years from now!

Well into 2020, they’ve had collections last longer than 180 though so don’t be surprised if we end up with a Fourteenth Doctor figure from them one day.

    • THE ERGON

      September 27th, 2017 - 5:01pm

If due to popularity they do make the monk, one can only hope they get the face of peter butterworth something like. Difficult with an expressive face like his.

      September 27th, 2017 - 6:01pm

From the sounds of things the intention is to release all 5 (as was noted he forgot to include the War Chief in the poll). Presumably these are the next series of figures once the Masters are done (as we’re still a while off companions).

    • The Werewolf

      September 27th, 2017 - 6:47pm

It’s actually a lot easier for Eaglemoss to do a more expressive face as there are more lines and such for their 3D digital sculpting. That’s why younger Doctors (by actor’s age) look worse than older ones.

    • THE ERGON

      September 27th, 2017 - 10:59pm

there wasnt much expression in the peter davison figure though if indeed it was peter davison.

    • The Werewolf

      September 27th, 2017 - 11:08pm

When Peter Davison became the Doctor he was 29, so not an “older” Doctor at all, younger than all but Matt Smith, so that would make him more difficult for Eaglemoss to do, as opposed to Hartnell, Troughton, Pertwee, McCoy, Eccleston and Capaldi, who are all much easier to do because they have more detail on their faces.

    • THE ERGON

      September 27th, 2017 - 11:44pm

True but did they have to make him look like vladimir putin. they should have gone back to the drawing board. its harder with the smaller item. Maybe they should have took a closer look at his earlier 5 inch counterpart.

The Dalek-like pods that the Daleks fly around in during The Day of the Doctor and The Time of the Doctor. Character made an inaccurate 3.75″ version, this one would be larger and black coloured (carries 3 Daleks I believe).

    • Doctor Stu

      September 23rd, 2017 - 2:18pm

I’d love a Dalek battle pod it’d be to scale presumably and would be a nice alternative place to dislplay a couple of Daleks

The red drone isn’t dark enougth, it looks too much like the standard red drone but the rings on the neck and the shoulders are on point with the grey and red paint unlike the first paradigm dalek back in issue 64. I hope the hunchback reflects the modification for asylum of the daleks.

The hint was rather ambiguous. Somebody quoted the famous “The original, you might say” line to which Neil Corry replied that something “nice” was coming in issue 120.

Of course that quote was originally from RIchard Hurndall but was repeated by David Bradley so it could be either of them.

    • Gareth Pugh

      September 23rd, 2017 - 1:53pm

Erm… isn’t the inclusion of the Hartnell figure just meant to be Neil Corry putting the War Machine model in a kind of context? Not sure it’s anything more than that? Some great figures coming up here!

    • Aries57

      September 23rd, 2017 - 4:29pm

I agree with Gareth, plus Neil Cory is notorious for misleading fans with “hints” as to what might be coming. I just sit back and wait and see now.

    • Anonymous

      September 24th, 2017 - 2:37pm

This has nothing to do with the War Machine picture.

    • Gareth Pugh

      September 25th, 2017 - 10:38pm

I’d still be very surprised if they did a separate figurine for David Bradley as the first Doctor. I think maybe Neil’s comment is either riffing on 120 being something about the First Doctor – remembering Ben R once Tweeted if they got as far as 120 issues then he’d aim to do Koquillion from The Rescue – or else riffing on the word ‘original’ – which could be anything, maybe an original Ice Warrior (Varga) which a lot of fans have been clamouring for. But we’ll see, maybe it is Bradley’s Doctor, or maybe the villain from Twice Upon a Time (whoever/whatever that turns out to be).

These are amazing, especially the War Machine! It just bugs me how Aggedor is so big, the statue was that size but the creature itself was (when not crouched down) around the same size as Pertwee, it’s very odd. I wonder why it was done like that.

Its annoying its not to accurate size otherwise it would have the same height say as the pig pilot. I just think of it as the close up shot in the pit on peladon or maybe its one of aggedors offspring (still called Aggedor) who ate all his greens etc and shot up in height.
