I’ve just ordered this set from at the Eaglemoss Collections shop as it had been reduced to £44.99, when I used the THANKYOU12 code it brought the price down even lower to £39.59 🙂

A great bargain, works out each dalek cost me £3.95 😀

I don’t really understand why these are so popular when they’re so badly made?

I’m gonna estimate the price to be around £65. Unless they do a special discount price.

I doubt it, there is probably a good market for non subscribers / collectors for these type of sets

The Parliament version, slightly different from the original Paradigm (metallic paint work and a slightly different skirt structure).

      August 27th, 2017 - 12:39am

The Parliament versions are better. But I share the general disappointment at the lack of variants/new figures. When Ben Robinson first mentioned the set I had envisioned something more along the line of the potential Doctor/Companion packs, rather than this.

This looks good for those who haven’t collected the range but who are interested in the Daleks. I have them all and they are fantastic.

The Gold Dalek from Day of the Daleks was/is a Bonus Dalek only available on their website. None are Rare Daleks though, that would be counter-productive.

@The Werewolf – so have they all been released prior in either the regular line or bonus releases? In other words, is there any dalek in this set that has not been released at all yet?

      August 26th, 2017 - 9:45pm

No new figures. All re-releases. Don’t bother with this set if you are a subscriber or if you’ve already got most/all of them. It’s for new collectors interested in getting a decent amount of Daleks.

I don’t think the Supreme from Remembrance is in this set actually, firstly neither of the photos of the models show it, and secondly the box doesn’t even show it.

Possibly a typo? The supreme dalek from Ressurection can be seen on the box.

Or possibly the box has the wrong Supreme Dalek in the illustration?

It’s above the Bronze Dalek. It is on the box.

I can see this being popular to the new collector who doesn’t want to subscribe, at the moment its hard to get daleks from the collection shop due to stock issues.

I hope it isnt too expensive

Any idea of price point anyone? The most recent set of DOCTORS 9, 10, 11 & 12 is featured on the EAGLEMOSS site for £29.99. However I picked one up off the shelf at FORBIDDEN PLANET for £17.99!! Why the difference in price I wonder. The magazine inside does feature sets 2 and 3 (Doctors 1 – 4 and Doctors 5 – 8 inc War Doc). As these sets have only 4 figures one can assume this set of 9 figures is gonna be pricey! They really missed a trick here with just reissues of old figures. Give us the Paradigm Set of all 5 coloured Daleks!

its listed at $80 but USA prices are quite high on these

no idea on wild variation on price on the Doctor set it is odd

it will probably be up on FP soon

I still think we might see a paradigm set

Would’ve been better if at the least they gave the Paradigm Supreme a new finish like the episode. And this would’ve worked better as an Asylum set considering that only updated ones were featured in the Parliament.

Bit of a wasted opportunity to produce variants such as the drone, supreme, strategist, eternal, scientist, renegade, imperial guard dalek, Imperial dalek or even the skaro grey dalek from revelation. They’ll just do more of the same, those variants don’t even require any new sculpts, the existing ones would do.
