Eleventh Doctor 10” Action Figure With Beard

Available to order from www.amazon.co.uk

Highly poseable 10″ Action figure of the Eleventh Doctor, features fabric clothing and sonic screwdriver accessory.

When the Eleventh Doctor’s TARDIS crashes into the garden of young Amelia Pond, he is still wearing the remains of the Tenth Doctor’s suit, ripped and raggedy from the damage after the TARDIS control room exploded. After he departs, Amelia grows up, telling her friends about ‘The Raggedy Doctor’, making dolls and puppets of him. When he returns to her life after twelve years, he’s still wearing the same battered clothes but, shortly before facing down the Atraxi, he selects for himself a new outfit, ‘borrowed’ from various lockers at the local hospital. Tweed jacket, bow tie and boots in place, the Eleventh Doctor is now ready to face the future…

I like it but won’t buy it.

    1) I don’t have the first one.
    2) The bearded doctor was only in 2 or 3 episodes.

Actually, this version wasn’t really in an episode. He did have a beard in The Wedding Of River Song, but then he had a toga (roman clothes).

He was only in this outfit and beard in Day of the Moon after escaping from Canton’s ‘Perfect Prison’ cell thingy.

They should’ve made something actually GOOD, like Amy or the 4th Doctor, not a hobo in the Doctor’s clothes!

      Quite pointless really.

Unless you want something for your dog to rip up, I would never want it.

Does it even have the Doctor’s braces/suspenders ?

The quality is terrible, it’s based on an appearance the Doctor only had for about a minute.

      Overall, it sucks ! 😛

I said that I and a lot of other people don’t like this and they should make more 5″ action figure and I gave them some examples such as dorum and a new Amy and Rory.

I understand why its been released and from that point a view there is nothing wrong with it, Its a 10″ Doctor figure aimed at the “toy market”. The backlash if i can call it that is because 5″ figure collectors are frustrated at the lack of series 6 / 7a figures.

      If only.

They still haven’t made the Doctor in his green coat, his top-hat and tails with sonic cane, OR his long hair and eye-drive from the Wedding of Riversong.

These are variants that people would like to see.

But no, the Doctor with a beard is all they can do. 😡

Hmm, I seem to be the only one who actually wants to buy this. 😕

I was very pleased with the one CO released, even though it looked pretty dreadful in the initial photos. Once the jacket was off, it was a really nice figure. Actually, it’s one of my favourites now.

I’m actually looking forward to this one, although it may not be particularly original.

As for classic stuff, I think there were be plenty released for the anniversary. I know people are getting irate because CO have released so little lately, but I think it’s all happening.

I know what Alan Sugar would say to the marketing dept.

“We’ve had nothing new this side of Season 6 Part 2, Season 7 Part 1 has passed, I set you the simple task of coming up with a product that sells and, well what is this? The potential customers are up in arms, many say they won’t buy it, in fact all feedback sugests it won’t even sell. This is an absolute waste of time and money, and for that reason, you’re all fired!”

I hate it, nuff said – thank god it won@t be coming out in the UK, the shipping costs alone don’t justify this product
