The British Board of Film Classification has also cleared the Fourth Doctor story The Creature from the Pit suggesting this is due for release during 2010.

    This is very interesting, i believe it may be planned for all merchandise, DVD,s books toys etc to carry the new logo when the new series starts, as that is usually around april this might explain why all of this is being released so close together. most of the covers etc will have already been designed and they wont want to re do them.

    I have seen talk of future classic DVD releases comming with reversable covers with the currant and new logo.

    I like the fact we are finally getting some classic Sarah Jane stories plus we are getting series 3 early unless this is plan of all the DVDs coming out
