Dr Who Figurine Collection Special 14 War Machine

The War Machine Figure stands 11.5 cm tall and captures the box-like robot in all its mechanical glory. We have recreated the War Machine to specific standards.

Comes with a 20-page magazine featuring one of the robots that wanted to turn humanity into slaves.

Read about the designs of the War Machines in Raymond London, who was inspired by a trip to IBM Computers to build a machine without legs, and where the human operator within was completely hidden.

All the figurines are carefully produced in 1:21 scale, and cast in a specially formulated metallic resin before being painted by hand and individually numbered.

The specially formulated resin and high quality sculpting allow the figurines to reproduce an incredible level of detail right down to the mesh in the Silurian Warrior’s uniform and the controls on Davros’s console.

Ordered my War Machine from Eaglemoss on 31st of December, still haven’t received it – should I be concerned or is the same happening with other people?

The War Machine figurine is brilliant. Detail is superb, and surprisingly weighty. A favourite.

Got mine from the local newsagent. They can order it as an ongoing release and always have it waiting for me on the morning of release. Never missed and issue and no waiting around for parcels to arrived with damaged contents.

They is a fantastic release, yes there’s no articulation but it’s a thing of static beauty.

No bring on the KROTON and the SERVO ROBOT guys!

I’ve only ever bought the first issue with the 11th Doctor figurine. But I’m very keen to get a War Machine! It looks fantastic! Plus ‘The War Machines’ is a great story from the Hartnell era. One of my favourites. Certainly a Top Five!

A Top Five of the Hartnell era, and not the series as a whole I must add.

No, this is not a toy or action figure, this is a static metallic resin figurine or statue.

There probably isn’t any articulation but it would be good if you could have the arm thats up down like the other arm.

Could someone please tell me if there is any articulation

No, these are resin-cast shelf ornaments really, no articulation in any of them. Still excellent with most releases, though.

I got mine a few days ago, but not the regular figures. Usually I get my special a week after the other two. Great figure though.

Such a great choice of figure, it’s a shame that CO has never produced a War Machine

It’s a lovely and very impressive figurine. Possibly the biggest in terms of weight. And beautifully detailed.
