Booboo this is a fast question: Am I the only person who enjoyed The Stolen Earth/ Journey’s End and I thought it was the best finale? Because everybody on this site say they didn’t like it, but I loved it. Did you enjoy it booboo??

i enjoyed it – but there were to many false spoiler rumours going around so things you expected to happen didn’t

I’ll be honest, I didn’t like it! The Daleks felt wasted and, hey, I’m not gonna mention Rose! For me, Dalek is the best Dalek story of the new series!
I’m currently watching Last of the Time Lords on BBC Three though. It’s not the best series finale (the best in my opinion is The Pandorica Opens/The Big Bang) but it’s still brilliant! 🙂

How can you write while watching? Or you have an iPod (like me) or there was a break and you went on the computer.

About The Stolen Earth/ Journey’s End – I thought it was my favourite finale. The Daleks did well, but they could have done better. I thought The Supreme Dalek is my favourite Dalek and the return of Davros was brilliant! The only thing that annoyed me was that Rose returned (yes, I dislike her – a lot!) and the Doctor nearly regenerated.

      March 17th, 2012 - 3:19pm

Yes I was on my iPod. The Doctor regenerating was a HUGE shock but the end result was apparently leaked according to my friend so things were kind of spoilt!

As I wasn’t much on computers when the Tennant Series were shown, I didn’t hear any spoilers, apart from Rose returning in it. Which is your favourite and worst episode of each series? Mine:

      Series 1

F: The Empty Child/ The Doctor Dances
      W: The Long Game

      S2:
      F: Tooth and Claw
      W: Fear Her

      S3:
      F: Blink
      W: The Lazarus Experiment

      S4:
      F: The Stolen Earth/ Journey’s End
      W: The Fires of Pompeii

      Specials:
      F: The End of Time
W: The Waters of Mars (just cause it scared me)

    • The 507th Doctor

      March 17th, 2012 - 3:42pm

      Continuing:

      S5:
F: The Time of Angels/ Flesh and Stone or The Eleventh Hour
W: The Pandorica Opens/ The Big Bang

      S6:
F: A Good Man Goes to War
      W: The God Complex

      Christmas Specials:
      F: The Next Doctor
      W: The Christmas Invasion

    • Bow tie of Doom

      March 17th, 2012 - 6:07pm

      Series 1:
      F: Dalek
      W: Boom Town

      Series 2:
F: School Reunion or The Girl in the Fireplace
W: Love and Monsters and Fear Her (and those weren’t the only ones! Series 2 was bad!)

      Series 3:
      F: Blink
W: The Lazarus Experiment (It’s not tha bad though!)

      Series 4:
      F: Midnight
      W: The Stolen Earth/Journeys End

Series 4: The Specials: (As some may refer to it)
      F: The Waters of Mars
      W: The Next Doctor

      Series 5: Perfection!!!!

      Series 6: Also perfection!!
But as you know I really don’t like The Rebel Flesh/The Almost People

    • Bow tie of Doom

      March 17th, 2012 - 6:16pm

      Christmas Specials:
1.) A Christmas Carol- Absoloutely amazing!
2.) The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe- Didn’t like it as much at first but it grew on me afterwards and so what? Second best Christmas ever! Let’s hope we get a soundtrack soon! Please Murray Gold! Make it a late (or early) Christmas present!
3.) The Christmas Invasion- The TARDIS crash landing in the Powell Estate on Christmas Eve? Wow!
4.) Voyage of the Damned- Well, I liked it!

    • Bow tie of Doom

      March 17th, 2012 - 6:23pm

5.) The Runaway Bride- Ok I guess
6.) The Next Doctor- Ths graveyard scene was chilling, but other than that; Meh!
7.) The End of Time- It’s not bad, but the regeneration was very out of character. I still liked it though and John Simm was amazing! I know some think he’s too insane (which, to be honest, he is) but I don’t mind him! He’s an amazing actor and I hope we see The Master again very soon!

Nice choices. Personally, my favourite series is Series 6. This is he order I put them in:
      Series 6
      Series 4
      Series 5
      Series 3
      Series 2
      Series 1

    • Bow tie of Doom

      March 18th, 2012 - 10:40am

Series 5 and 6 (joint first)
      Series 4
      Series 3
      Series 1
      Series 2
      Series 4: The Specials

    • The 507th Doctor

      March 18th, 2012 - 10:42am

Again nice choices. Which do you think is the silliest Doctor Who Monster? I probably think its the Wire or the Jagrafess.

    • Bow tie of Doom

      March 18th, 2012 - 10:47am

The Slitheen, although the design is rather like a fatter version of he original design of an alien or, less specific, a fatter Silent.

    • The 507th Doctor

      March 18th, 2012 - 10:49am

But I think they are good aliens and they look quite realistic. 🙂

Probably not. This is a BBC childrens books item therefore it is aimed more at younger viewers. The brilliant book is mainly aimed at anyone who’s a Whovian whatever their age.

      @TheWhoFan101

I bought a boom in the Works book store for around £3 on offer called Doctor Who: The Episode Guide. It wasn’t released officially by the BBC, but it did feature all of the episode from 1963 to The End of Time, but it didn’t say about each individual episode, but it was a rather small book. It also had reviews for each story.

I saw that in whsmith. Should have been called Doctor Who: The episode insult.
I say that because a lot of highly regarded stories were being given bad reviews.
