I think I’m the only one who wants the metallic red and blue Paradigm Daleks made in this new scale…

      May 14th, 2013 - 3:53pm

I’d rather have them in the 5″ scale first so I can add them to the rest of the my Paradigm. Now if CO finally got round to doing an accurate sculpt for the Imperial Dalek I’d certainly buy that but again I’d rather it be 5″.

    • Dalek the Supreme

      May 14th, 2013 - 6:54pm

I want them in the new scale because we already have a million Dalek variants Classic and New in 5 inch scale, but only the bronze and maybe black NSD’s in the 3.75 inch. I just think it would be great for diversity.

    • A New Dalek Paradigm

      May 14th, 2013 - 8:39pm

I think it’s inevitable the Paradigm will get re-released in the new scale and I’d be very surprised if it hasn’t happened by Christmas. But because I’m not interested in the new scale I’m hoping for the metallic Drone to be included in the 2nd FX wave and if it is I’m certainly army building it.

    • The Dalek God

      June 2nd, 2013 - 11:05am

i think in a second wave of these new scale figures they should at least have the red drone dalek because I personally find the paradigm daleks very cool there bigger nastier and show a better ranking system they’ve also got extra weapons in there back panel true i prefer the bronze daleks being the soldiers but i love the idea of an officer class

I’d love a proper sized playset, like the TARDIS playsets we had for the 5″ range. It could be the front part of the castle, with the draw bridge that can move up and down and on the other side could just be the castle made out of card. It could come with Clara with the gun.

The only chance of any classic characters in the new scale is probably an 11 Doctors set, and that’s a very slim chance if and when the new scale does really well.

  • cyberman6

    May 10th, 2013 - 5:13pm

What would be cool is if they made all the classic doctors in 3.75 inch so then people can make 11 doctor figure adventures. And a Rose,Donna,Martha,Amy,Rory 3.75 inch figures.
And some of the new daleks and some classic daleks. Also in 3.75 inch.
Also i seen people were asking for Snowmen figures they would not be very good because you could only turn there head.

No. I’ve been all over the net looking for a realease date and I have come across two dates which might be true or false:

      26 May 2013
      07 June 2013

The problem is dates are estimates with the best available info, they can get held up at costumes for example, outside the control of Character

They have to relase the metallic red Dalek Drone in the next wave! It wouldn’t be that hard to get right, as it’s a Dalek, it would be a brand new figure (At least the color and skirt section), and they could make two rares out of one! (Supreme and Strategist)

Hmmmm… Just got to take a look at the tardis playsets and that should say how big they’d be. Didn’t think about that.

The Peg Soldier was just an example of the scale difference, I don’t even think it was from CO.

      May 7th, 2013 - 12:14pm

The Peg Soldier was just an illustration of the size difference, not a real figure.
As far as we know (and that CO have announced) the only characters we are getting from before Series 7 will be Daleks and Angels.

Changing the size of these figures is the worst mistake that could have been made!! They look so cheap now and not worth buying at all 🙁 Disappointed!

To be honest, aside from the lack of paint detail on the Sonic Screwdriver, they don’t seem all that different to me.

surely it shoud come with a classic dalek if its coming with a ‘hoverbout’ because the first daleks didn’t fly, the newer daleks do?

they were there when the supreme Dalek was talking to the masses if you look at this image http://www.russelltdavies.com/communities/5/004/005/333/025/images/4541105875.jpg you can just make one out in the middle.

These new figures just aren’t impressing me to be honest, the only one I’d ever buy is the ice warrior. With the others I’m just not satisfied with the detail on them, they look somehow a bit cheap
