This thing Is good for people like me, as somebody I know lives there and then would be a perfect time to visit.

Sadly, for American fans, it seems very difficult for you to get doctor who stuff around there. Personally, I think they should do a month next year dedicated to setting up shops for doctor who all around America and have visits from Peter and that.

its not difficult at all, there is a huge choice of on-line retailers to order items from and the USA get far bigger conventions like comic con where stuff is is sold way before the UK get it.

The USA are in much better position merchandise wise than the UK

The world tour came to the USA as well

As I passed toysrus this morning I noticed a poster in the window advertising the event for Sunday 14th. I will give them a call later to check out the actual date as it conflicts with the advertised date on this site. Please be Sunday, I’m working Saturday 🙁

I’ve had prelimanary discussions with Hamleys and The St. Enoch centre in Glasgow regarding a BBC sponsored TARDIS landing around the 20th September, that might be why no TrU stores north of the border were included in this promotion…

The last time a big event happened in my toys r us was in 2010 for the release or series 5 and the 11th doctor, however we’ve had no events since then, and also since the series 6 figures, we hardly get any new doctor who things in my store
