Dust off your bow ties (bow ties ARE cool) and get ready to witness the official introduction of the Doctor’s new companion, Clara Oswald, played by Jenna-Louise Coleman in the opening episode entitled “The Bells of St John”, written by Steven Moffat.
Set in London and featuring iconic landmarks like The Shard and Westminster Bridge, the Doctor has to battle a new enemy, the Spoonheads as he discovers that something sinister is lurking in the Wi-Fi.
Doctor Who Series 7 Part 2 promises to be the biggest and most exciting yet, to coincide with the fantastic Doctor Who 50th Anniversary year. With episodes written by Steven Moffat, Neil Gaiman and Mark Gatiss, the Doctor will have to outwit foes, both old and new including Cybermen and Ice Warriors.
Doctor Who actor Matt Smith will be joined a stellar list of guest stars including: Celia Imrie; Richard E Grant; Warwick Davies, Jessica Raine; Dougray Scott and Tamzin Outhwaite, as well as for the first time on screen together, mother and daughter ‘combo’ Dame Diana Rigg and Rachael Stirling.

May 8th, 2013 - 1:16amhey, l’m sort of a veteran of the classic series as you could probably tell, i prefer watching New Who then buying the DVD’s + Blu-Rays for the Eleventh however l’ve collected all there is for the Tenth and Ninth, the point l’m trying to make is to ask how do you guys think the 50th Anniversary is going to be released in stores? would it be part of The Complete Series 7 Boxset? would it be released in a stand-alone DVD + Blu-Ray Edition to be fair i hope for the latter although i can always buy it on iTunes no doubt in 1080p.

March 29th, 2013 - 2:21pmI’m actually happy that they have a greater range of movement. The only problem with the new design I have is the lack of those wonderful claws. And they haven’t changed the voice yet. We haven’t even heard them speak.

April 3rd, 2013 - 6:03amIf they moved like they moved back in the 60s and 70s they would get laughed at by the younger audience. They were just too slow. The claws made it difficult to grab things. Hands make things easier. As for the voice we don’t know what they sound like yet. At least the look is pretty similar to the original. Unlike the silurians which is completely differently different and at first I hated because of that but now I have warmed to.

April 3rd, 2013 - 8:08ami actually think they’ve been incredibly respectful for the Classic Series lately, i mean from what i had heard at the beginning and from what occurred in “Asylum of the Daleks” it was coming to look as if all old monsters were being trashed for newer monsters. But Cybermen! that look like a blend of Classic and New! Brilliant!, Ice Warriors! i mean at least there coming back if your opinion right now is solely based on looks, and Zygons!! Zygons are actually back for the 50th!
