August 8th, 2012 - 3:54pmI hope the (yet to be confirmed) artwork shown on Play and Amazon is the real one. Although I don’t plan to buy this DVD, I think it would look really nice if it were the cover.
And for those wondering what the artwork is, it’s the Asylum of the Daleks promo image. 🙂

August 4th, 2012 - 2:09pmThe Cotor, the Widow and the Wardrobe isn’t the part of any series as far as the production team are concerned but is a part of this upcoming series with the BBC, so nobody knows how BBC Worldwide are going to count it.
This years special should be a part of it, after all it is just episode 6 really, but broadcast at Christmas. Some places are mentioning Part 2 but not a DVD for the special so it is likely that episode 6 will be thrown in with the eight 2013 episodes.

Many just wait for the series box set now, so releasing it in chunks but not really small ones means the episodes get out but they aren’t cutting back as much as they might do with smaller sets.

July 26th, 2012 - 8:24pmFeels quite weird hearing about the DVD’s already. The wait for Series 7 has gone so fast, but it’s almost here and I am definitely excited! I won’t get this though. I’ll wait for the complete Series 7 at the end of the- WAIT! No! There won’t be a complete set at the end of the year. 🙁 But I’m sure it’ll be out this time next year. 🙂
