    BBC Home Entertainment has officially announced that it will release on Blu-ray Doctor Who: Series Seven, Part One. The two-disc set will include all five episodes and will be available for purchase on November 13th.

    I always gets the boxsets.

    I like having the special features, and the moving menus and it’s useful having the WHOLE series under one box.

    But there may not be much point in getting the boxset this year, what with DW Confidential being axed I have no making-of. I hope they replace it with some other documentary, for the DVD atleast. 🙁

      They have made some 5 minute behind the scenes for each episode that they may extend for the box set

    JUST SEEN THE FULL TRAILER ON ONLINE NEWS. IT LOOKS FANTASTIC,ESPECIALLY THE DOCTOR AND RORY RIDING THE TRICEROTOPS. CAN,T WAIT.

    So that means the dvd is out 2 weeks after the series has been aired on the TV. Now we can guestimate when its on telly. Late September!

      No date or time has been confirmed, 25th of August looks more and more likely for UK broadcast, but hasn’t been confirmed, and a time most certainyl hasn’t.

      Part 1 is most likely going to start on 25th of August start which means it should finish on September 22nd.

      Christmas special on 25th December

      Part 2 starts early 2013.

      Which will be followed by some anniversary specials late 2013. The next FULL series will be 2014
