The Doctor Who Regeneration set is a beautifully packaged, limited edition coffee table book-styled collectors’ album including six DVDs and over 10 hours of Doctor Who footage.
The collection features each Doctor’s iconic regeneration episode; from the first Doctor played by William Hartnell, exhausted after battling the Cybermen to Jon Pertwee’s Third Doctor suffering from radiation that had been unleashed by the Great One (a giant spider); and from the spectacular transformation of the Ninth Doctor to David Tennant’s emotional farewell as the Tenth.
The set is adorned with superb photography from across the era and features detailed and informative accounts of each regeneration. And if that wasn’t enough, new to DVD is The Tenth Planet featuring the Doctor’s first regeneration – beautifully restored with the missing fourth episode now brought to life with stunning animation.
Utilising the original soundtrack, off-screen photographs and a short surviving sequence of the Doctor’s regeneration the episode has been now reconstructed in animated form, incorporating the restored version of the surviving sequence.

1) the DVD is for ever, braces are only for a while
2) you don’t have to pay for it, you mum does so that’s even better!

But if I had bullies at my school (IF…) then I would go for it! Get BRACES! Just tell the teacher about the bullies. Why am I even talkin’ about bullies and school?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! GO FOR IT!

braces are only for a while the regeneration boxes set is forever. and if you to get braces and you get bullied say what booboo told you to sat braces are cool and say it is for doctor who and then show the victory sign

So when I get it, I think I’ll start with The End of Time and work my way backwards. That way I’ll get most of the ones I’ve already seen out of the way, leaving the ones I haven’t seen yet towards the end

May 8th, 2013 - 11:28pmI’ve not seen the Tenth Planet, but it looks BRILLIANT. I can personally recommend The War Games, Planet of the Spiders and Caves of Androzani as some of the best stories in the entire series. Logopolis is fairly alright. I also like the TV Movie, which is very divisive in the fan base but is actually a guilty pleasure of mine – Paul McGann is my FAVOURITE Doctor!
Time and the Rani is the worst of the bunch here, but it’s not AWFUL, just a bit silly.

April 26th, 2013 - 5:11amI mean, it’s a neat concept and all, and I’m sure I’d like the book, but, ehhhhhhhhhh. Can’t really see purchasing this. Now, if they’d quietly phoned up McGann, and filmed him regenerating into Eccleston without telling the public, and without it leaking… Then I’d buy it. Otherwise, I have all these already, in various other sets. Sure, it’s not all in one box, but still. It’d take an 8->9 regeneration to get my purchase.

April 26th, 2013 - 2:27amthis looks brilliant! i knew this would be released in the style of a book it made sense for a set like this, interesting to see that Tenth Planet has had animation completed for this already and the book itself looks alot like the James Bond 50th in a way which is awesome!
