This is a fantastic special. It’s the first time in a few years where I’ve actually sat down started reading instantly.

Is the price £5.99 like the Yearbook or £9.99 like The Essential Guides?

It’ll be the usual SE price, £5.99 – not the books zone price.

I meant bookazine price. Grr auto correct.

The art of Dr Who has been one of the things that has really appealed to me for the last, er, 5.2 decades. From the Target novels and Dr Who Monster Books when I was a kid, to the DVD covers through to the new era. Dr Who has always had its own recognisable style. I’m really looking forward to this special.

When they pass the mark, they round up. Back in 2005, they was something released (not sure if it was a book or what) and it said Celebrating 50 years!

One assumes it’s six decades as in:
      1. 1960s
      2. 1970s
      3. 1980s
      4. 1990s
      5. 2000s
      6. 2010s

      Or as in
      1963-1973
      1973-1983
      1983-1993
      1993-2003
      2003-2013
      2013-present
