Just hoping as we’re on the subject of daleks, whether there’ll be a classic GOTD Davros. The Issue 2 Nu Davros is awful and the Emperor version from Rememberance doesn’t really do him justice.

I think both existing Davros figurines are very good, but I wouldn’t say no to a “Genesis” version.

I liked them as well it was the Davros figure that convinced me we’d be in for some good stuff…..

You should ask that in the “ask a question” part of the website.

There are some very fuzzy scans of the latest covers (issue 83, 84 and the next special the Mechonoids) on the BBC Whoshop website – just look under “pre orders”

Will you be making a list for the figurine collection at some point like you have with the Funko pops and 5.5″ figures?

I don’t think we’ve had a dalek from day of the daleks yet

      August 1st, 2016 - 7:27pm

      There’s a LOT more Daleks than you think… 🙂

Sorry I should have been more clear I meant by Dalek soldier casings and colour schemes but I did forget about Destiny of the Daleks and Evil of the Daleks

No worries, there’s that many variations in colour schemes and styles it’s very hard to keep track! I personally think a stone paradigm dalek would be a good choice for the collection!

Yeah I’m surprised there are not any paradigm variants

There needs to be more than one grey Dalek as well. Perhaps one from “Destiny of the Daleks” or “Resurrection of the Daleks”.

I’m glad Eaglemoss are doing the machine gun dalek from Death to the Daleks, I’m looking forwards to adding it to my collection, I already have a custom painted ‘Genesis’ dalek to represent a dalek from ‘Death to the Daleks’ 🙂

Yep, Death To… is the story where they had machine guns fitted so this all stacks up, FP seem to have been given an alternative descriptor but it still fits with the right TV story

just wish the covers were a bit more forthcoming, they always used to be but not for the last several issues

I take it Machine gun Dalek is the Dalek from Death to the Daleks?

I assume so as 83 is scheduled as a ‘Death to the Daleks’ Dalek on another list.

Which can make things a bit confusing sometimes.

The Daleks had to rely on conventional fire arms as their death ray didn’t work in the energy draining field of the City of Exxilon.

Rather important plot point in the story.
