Wasn’t John Hurt originally credited as “The Other Doctor” in promotional material/action figure packaging etc? “Dr Other” could work…

I’m very much looking forward to this one, though I do agree with previous comments on Pertwee’s likeness and character not being captured in his Dr Man. But I’m surprised this mistake hasn’t been picked up on yet. Judging by the sonic screwdriver design, it appears that Hargreaves has fallen for a manipulated image from The Sea Devils which sees Pertwee holding a similar (inaccurate) sonic.

They’ve captured the other doctors perfectly but this one looks a bit… plump? Considering Jon Pertwee was tall and quite slender

Would be great to see Dr War or even Dr Cushion but understand there would be issues with permission for the latter.

It might be Doctor 10th, with the Christmas one being a special.

The unlisted one is going to be 10 realistically, although I’m still hoping for Dr. War in the future

Perhaps a wave 4 in 2018 with Dr. 13, Dr. War and two other books?
(Also, Boohoo, can you delete my dupe comment above. I forgot to press the reply button).

I doubt a Dr. War would be made, given that these are based on a series for small children. The exploits of Dr. War I doubt would be considered appropriate. Especially if it was actually called “Dr. War”.

Well the message of the War Doctor is to do what’s right and try to avoid war whenever possible, emphasizing that war is bad, he wouldn’t just be fighting a war.
