The Eaglemoss Collections shop is having a sale and the Mega Skaro dalek has been reduced to £76.49, so I decided to pre-order and used the code EAGLEMOSS10 and it ended up costing me £68.84 …. luvverly jubbly 🙂

I still think they shouldn’t cost more than £40.

I may buy a second one at some point to customise it into a chase guard dalek (blue/silver/gold) as that scheme looks cool. As it is overpriced at least they’ll be around for a long long time so more than enough time to accumulate money!
I heard a cyberman is next for the mega stuff, I hope it’s a tenth planet cyberman or a wooden cyberman!

I have the bronse Dalek and its awesome! And I’m looking forward to the ‘Dead Planet’ version, I think the special models go by volume and not scale so if the DP Dalek is the same height as the Bronse it would be a bigger scale and slightly bigger model hence the up-shot in price.

The pricing structure seems all wrong. Far to expensive for what it is. All the remote control daleks from Product Enterprise onwards are better value. Feels like exploitation of fans yet again. Not for me.

I thought the first was way overpriced so don’t think I’ll be getting this one either.

If you’re going to charge that much for something at least paint the eye discs the right colour, but of course they wont. Just like the NSD – that’s ridiculously inaccurate. I mean it’s nice and I would of considered getting it for the original price but this is pushing it a bit far.

I mean if they want to make the discs grey they may as well make it black and white

Funny thing is, they always seem to get some little details missing which is a bit bizarre as they study the pictures to get the design and a magazine with a big picture of the actual Dalek on it. So how they miss these things out I will never know.

      Why not tell them then?

The magazine’s editor and the Dalek figurine designer are both very much involved with the public. You aren’t going to solve anything by complaining in the wrong place.

      December 4th, 2016 - 12:34pm

Shame one of us on here cant do the paint work for the 100% accuracy for them. The Scale and detail is always very good except the Resurrection black supreme Dalek, just a shame about the paint accuracy mostly.

    • Jordan Scott

      December 4th, 2016 - 2:23pm

Yes that’s very true, apparently the next Paradigm Dalek will be painted correctly whenever that comes out as I spoke to Neil Corry on Twitter about it, but we’ll have to wait and see.

    • prototype dalek

      December 4th, 2016 - 3:02pm

Did they say what the next one will be?

    • Anonymous

      December 4th, 2016 - 4:26pm

Next what? If you mean Paradigm Dalek then they’ve already shown pictures of the Drone. If you mean the Mega Specials then it’s not yet confirmed but will be a Cyberman of some description.

    • The Werewolf

      December 4th, 2016 - 6:09pm

Well, the Drone might not be for sale anyway, as issue 64 was originally going to be the Drone rather than the Supreme.

Also, the answer about the next Paradigm Dalek being accurate was not a confirmation of another Paradigm release, Neil was saying that “if” another Paradigm gets released, he will make sure it is more accurate.

    • Anonymous

      December 4th, 2016 - 7:14pm

When they say they intend to release every Dalek variant that has ever appeared on screen, it’s fairly safe to say the others are coming at some point.

    • Jordan Scott

      December 4th, 2016 - 9:00pm

It was the picture of the Drone that I was talking to him about, and I agree that it’s safe to assume all of the Paradigm Daleks will be made at some point due to them wanting to release every Dalek design as a figurine.

    • The Werewolf

      December 4th, 2016 - 9:27pm

They said every design, not every variant, it’s the exact same design as the Supreme. Though I wouldn’t be surprised if another one was released, I also wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t. That picture doesn’t mean anything, Neil showed the alternative Paradigm Dalek cover.

its actually cheaper than the NSD in the USA so i wonder if we are looking at some Import changes here like the 5″ figures

there has to be a reason why some stuff is much cheaper in the USA and vice versa

  • 7thwhovlogs

Anyone else gonna comment on that price? That is ridiculous, for that price i would want it pin point accurate. It’s very nice but Christ almighty!
