Doctor Who: Book 6: Step Back in Time

Exciting action-packed new original fiction for younger Doctor Who fans, starring the Eleventh Doctor with his companions Amy Pond and Rory Williams. Double-fronted books each contain two fast-paced, fun-filled adventures!

People are mysteriously disappearing on Moonbase Laika and returning with strange bite marks and no idea where they have been. Can the Doctor and his friends get to the bottom of what’s going on in Horror of the Space Snakes?

The Water Thief sees the Doctor, Amy and Rory visiting an archaeological site in ancient Egypt. They soon realise there’s something unearthly being dug up and it wants all the water it can find…!

Can someone tell me – is Extra Time just a repeat of a story in a previous 2 in 1?

No it was planned to be in the third 2 in 1 adventure but then the content for that was completely changed so it was pushed back to this one. 🙂

The first story, Extra Time, was amazing!
The second story, The Water Thief, was less amazing and rather dull to be honest. However Jacqueline Rayner, the writer, has written Magic Of The Angels which is superb!!

Extra Time is a rip-off of IDW’s America-exclusive Doctor Who#5. Both even feature Rory. They’re trying to get away with this by making this not come to America as IDW’s won’t leave America.

yes i havent had mine yet so if the new lot do start as it would coincide with the second half of series 6, we would get one old and one new in the next delivery. P.S Boo boo do you collect the card books too that you can get with issues 8+9?

Actually apparently there are two packs in issue 11, so you would get one from Set 1 and two from Set 2.
