Doctor Who Adventures issue 268

Doctor Who Adventures issue 268

Good news!

It’s getting much sunnier outside, which means there’s a lot more time to play.

Bad news -I went back in time to find out why spring is called spring and ran into a big, scary spring that was a King.

We eventually became pals and said we’d call each other.

So, I’m off to give King Spring a ring! Bye!

Also inside…
*World of Who
*Tardis Takeovers
*Gadget Grid
*Dalek Fast facts
*Timelords V Humans
*Trouble on The Orion Express (comic)

Without Doctor Who on at the moment, it is quite something that this magazine sustains weekly publication.

    Great issue this week. 😀
Disappointed with the free gifts though. The Moshi Monsters stickers are pointless really since they have no connection to Doctor Who and I already have System Wipe (which isn’t really that good). Oh well, guess you can’t have everything.
The Time Lords Vs Humans part is hilarious though! 😀 Oh, and the posters are great. Well, they’re always great! 😀

The Moshi Stickers were OK! DWA is loosing me down a little bit! Let’s conpare it to other magazines like Moshi Monsters Magazine – it’s £2.99 a month! But DWA usually costs approximately £10 on a monthly basis! I think the mag is way past it’s sell by date and for me is becoming a bit predictable! They are always behind on the latest Dr Who news as well!

I got this on Saturday. The magazine is good, and I like the TARDIS design on the back of the bag. The book, System Wipe, is a brilliant story from what I have read so far. Still not liking those Moshi things though. I’m glad there’s no more!

The covers are getting a bit better at the moment. Without all those stary effects and whisps. They make it look babyish. The effects look better on the posters and fact pages.
Plus I hope they do more colour your own comics.

I like the cover. The TARDIS looks really dark and mysterious next to a really bright and bubbly picture of the Doctor. Just how it should! 🙂

P.S Is this early because of bank holiday?
