Hopefully all 7 figures in this wave will be easily available and none of them will be put behind the counter by dealers as was done with the last wave.

Interesting? I presume like the CB NEW Series this is just ‘filler’ until Season 8? I like the Tweed effect on the 11th. – I’m wondering what 11th. Version will be released in the 3rd. Wave? Capaldi’s likeness is pretty good & the HL will hopefully pick up some fans – I really like the Imperial Guard & Sensor. I like the cracked effect on the Angel & the Zygon is sure to be a winner. That dress sure is RED though…

I really hope forbidden planet don’t loose control of the pre orders, like they did the last time. many people were disappointed because they had to wait too long or didn’t get any at all.

They all look fantastic apart from Clara. Don’t get me wrong her face and hair looks outstanding but her outfit wasn’t even shown onscreen. It’s getting a bit ridiculous. They should have given her a black done up jacket so she’d look like they’ve copied her outfit from the 50th. Perhaps if they’re doing rares, that could be the rare. Fingers crossed! Good line up though, time to save my cash as I’m also going to Cardiff Film & Comic Con on the 1st of March but I doubt they’ll be there but you know, early, exclusive release perhaps? Good wave!

No new series figures have been 5″ now (except exclusives) since 2012. And they wont be going back.

      February 6th, 2014 - 8:36pm

Too late to complain now. They haven’t made anything new from 2005-onward since 2012, and that’s the way it will stay.

    • KORSAIR

      February 6th, 2014 - 8:40pm

I quite like the sound of the heritage line, we could potentially get anything from the past 50 years.

is it a company thats already established and when do they plan to release figures?

    • booboo

      February 10th, 2014 - 12:44pm

its Characters 3.75″ figure range “heritage” figures are being mixed in with new figures

    • the ergon

      February 10th, 2014 - 12:50pm

disappointed its not 5 inch but a good idea if we get a lot of the stuff that wasn,t available previously. Just hope they don,t go down the ‘very limited edition’ route and make it difficult for fans old and new alike to get there hands on them.

Crossed fingered I’ll have 20 in March for dr 11 in tweed, zygon, angel and a dalek( not sure what one? Any help???) not bother for capeli as I’m a smith lover and Clara is basically a tweaked version of the rare and I got her for Xmas, I’ll get her later on to completed the set. Also booboo can I do a review on the rare variant set you can order like ‘I am the doctor’ and ‘Luke’ did?????:)

As a collector of mainly CB, I choose these carefully.

12th Doctor: No, I’ll wait until there’s one in the real costume; no use for this.
Clara: Yes, I prefer this to the W1 version and don’t have the W1 version.
    11th Doctor: Maybe
    Daleks: 1 each I think.
    Zygon: YESSSS!

Anything not in the “current era” (which is classified as everything Steven Moffat hasn’t served as head writer on) which means the “classic era” runs from An Unearthly Child to The End of Time Part 1 (Moffat began his job with the Eleventh Doctor’s first scene so Part 2 gets considered “current”).

It also conviently means classic is 1963-2009 and current in 2010-present.
