I hope they can get Alice X Zhang to do the series 8 steelbook and possibly twice upon a time if it gets a steelbook release to keep the consistency of the Capaldi steelbooks- my favourite doctor!

I think i would have prefered they did the classic run in steelbook rather than the flimsy card they come in. The artwork on these are sublime.

Haven’t been collecting the steelbooks of NuWho, only the classic series. Considering picking this one up though as it has the bonus disc.

Next doctor was alright, I found planet both fun and slightly annoying (the malcolm character), waters is great but I really couldn’t get away with end of time. Most of it is ok but simm was never convincing as the master for me. And he seems to turn into a marvel supervillain in this. Rassilon and wilf were great but I just didn’t like it overall. Quest is a lot of fun but I found dreamland’s story to a bit rushed.

The Next Doctor, but then i saw lot of it being filmed which i think makes you a bit more appreciative of what work goes into these episodes.

Although it is all over the place I still enjoy the End Of Time. Glad Moffat brought Sim back as a calmer Master eventually. And the ending to round off the RTD years was lovely. Just a shame we didn’t get another special single episode or two throughout the year.

I did think he was better in the doctor falls episodes, as you say much calmer. Incidentally dreamland is fine, yes I think the story is a rushed but actually it’s more the animation that lets it down for me
