Classic Series Figures – Wave 1

Fans of all eras of Doctor Who can look forward to an incredible range of classic Doctor Who figures and monsters by Character Options.

Recreate scenes from the classic series of Doctor Who with the poseable action figures. Each figure pack comes with a different collectable part of the giant K-1 robot from the fourth Doctor’s first story in 1974. When all eight packs are collected, the giant robot will be complete.

Classic figures include Tom Baker, Peter Davison and Colin Baker. Other figures and monsters include a Sea Devil (1972), Zygon (1975), Magnus Greel & Mr Sin (1977), SV7 and D84 (1977).

Also being launched is a Doctor Who 5 inch Classic Dalek Set – this set of three poseable Classic Daleks includes Daleks from The Dead Planet, (1963), The Planet of the Daleks, (1973) and Genesis of the Daleks (1975).

As master toy licensee Character has enjoyed immense success alongside BBC Worldwide through its Doctor Who range of products and predicts a hugely positive response to the new collection..

It’s the Skarasen caller that the Zygons attach to people or things they want destroyed. One attaches itself to The Doctor’s fourth incarnation as he traverses Tulloch Moor… The Skarasen (or Loch Ness Monster, if you prefer) is summoned from the depths.

Amazing to see the Zygon from this wave back and fresh on the shelves again at B&M!
Tbh, I literally think the line would thrive on re-releasing many more older figures, even in their old packaging. I mean, it’s not gonna happen, but could you also imagine a brand new wave of figures, just re-releases from the Classic Selection all presented in Collector Series Packaging!

And the last place i got some wave one figures where at TESCOs in blackburn but that was about 3 yrs ago now. So they probably havent got them any more. Any way i’ve got a huge selection of figures. The last time i checked i had about 120 figures and about 30 CB figures aswell. I’ve also got around 50-60 dr.who dvds.
