Is it worth the money? And what do you think i should get ( not based on the page we are on) this or the junk TARDIS playset and goo pod?

    • spaceBUZZlite

      July 8th, 2011 - 11:12am

Well the junkyard playset is good but i never really liked the design so personally i would buy the Time Lord Psychic Container and a goo pod.
      hope that answered your question

if that was what happened, it wouldn’t have been scene accurate, so they probably won’t do that!

I know! This is so annoying! 👿 Realy, they should have made him in series 5. He diddn’t come. Some people (not me) wished to make customs (proof can be found on youtube somewhere)Xmas special title sequence. Not even a roman rory figure yet. Series 6 part1 comes and rory is a main character and wave one comes out. NO RORY!!! He should be out by now and I have a feeling that we won’t have to wait much longer. 🙂

    • booboo

      July 3rd, 2011 - 4:03pm

Yes we all want Rory (well most of us)

    • The Spaceman

      July 3rd, 2011 - 4:08pm

I can understand why they didn’t make one last year but I don’t understand this year. He is a real companion now so he should have his own figure!!!

    • McGann is The Doctor.

      July 3rd, 2011 - 8:07pm

True, but CO are saying they lost he scuplt and have to work from scratch on a new one. Dont know if this is true or not, but it would explain why there is such a delay. ❗

    • King Ninja

      July 8th, 2011 - 3:52pm

They have even brought out a roman auton (I have that one, it’s nice) and soon an ‘Uncle’ figure. And still NO RORY????!!!!

    • Adam Peter Mills

      July 16th, 2011 - 11:23pm

How do CO chose who to make into a figure? Because they leave a lot of people out and bring out awful choices. For instance, when Rory first became a companion in ‘Vampires in Venice’ instead of bringing out a Rory figure, they brought out a Francesco figure. :l And they brought out a Peter the Winder figure and another guy from ‘The Beast Below’ that I can’t even remember the name of instead of bringing out Liz 10.

      July 16th, 2011 - 11:29pm

Also, the only series 5 River figure is the 2011 SDCC special edition Underhenge River with Pandorica chair (brilliantly shaped so that it is compatible with the collect-and-build Pandorica pieces) which will hopefully be coming to Forbidden Planet UK later in the year as the other SDCC figures have in previous years. Neither have been released yet, but FP call this one (the one with the snake design) the variant.

    • Bob

      July 3rd, 2011 - 3:27pm

They variant one on FP has a picture of the snake on with DESIGN TO BE CONFIRMED written on the picture so the other variant one hasn’t been anounced what the design is yet

No, he doesn’t the “plastic” casing around the cube is the psychic container but not the cube itself.

      July 3rd, 2011 - 4:23pm

I suggest you watch the beginning of the episode again which i have and he clearly calls it a psychic container,

He said “Time Lord emergency messaging system, in an emergency we wrap up our thoughts in a Psychic Container”(looking at the Box)

As this includes the plastic case that’s what Character have called it

Not actually a hypercube; it’s a 3-dimensional representation of a multi-dimensional theoretical construct (the hypercube, or to use the proper term: quantum tesseract).

The multi-colour thing’s a little off though, but it does look the part!
