Hey BooBoo, how’s it going ? I wonder about the US wave of figures for the 2012 series ? Is this another damned exclusive like the GOOD Pandorica wave ?

I’m tired of all this “exclusive in the US” nonsense, and doing things on the cheap, I want to see some good figures in the near future ! ❗ BTW this is the 1st Character Building thing that interests me, would be useful for a miniature model of the Dalek’s spaceship.

      They could do
      – one dalek supreme (red dalek from the stole earth and journeys end)
      – one bronze dalek
      – Davros from the stolen earth and journeys end
      – black dalek (sec)
      – genurisis ark from doomsday

I’d love some TARDIS extension sets like a corridor and rooms from adventure games. You could just click them on after building them

Why not just release them with the regular figures, they need to get a classic licence to release figures from the Ninth and Tenth Doctors anyway.

I’m glad CB are making more sets based on the vehicles and crafts like the Tardis. All the rest are just scenery like the Progenitor Chamber and Time of Angels, or play set-like like the Cyber conversion Chamber and Dalek Factory; which in my opinion is the worst of the Doctor Who Line.

True but in my opinion like the Tardis Console room and also the Lego SW Home One set (minus the A-Wing) its more based on a set piece.

    • BOOBOO JR

      June 27th, 2012 - 5:26pm

The Bronze Daleks are obviously being referred to as Drones, as they were the Drones in the 2005, compared to higher up Daleks like Sec and the Supreme.

    • Doctor Stu

      June 27th, 2012 - 5:27pm

i suppose the gold daleks could be called drones but i hope they are in this set!!

    • Commander Strax

they may be called drones in the new episode.

    • Hellbelly

The generic Dalek “foot soldiers” have been referred to as Drones through most of the Classic series, not just since the Paradigm Daleks where introduced.

I’m not sure about CB, just never got into it, I prefer the figures. Not that its bad, I think its a great play thing for kids, just adult collectors, I’m just not interested in collecting it. If you get what I mean. booboo, will have any more information on SDCC exclusives, will we be getting a classic set along with teh Victory set? If so, do you think it will be the Ainley master missing in the Castrovalva set? I think it makes sense since we have had the first Ainley figure from them before.

I think this was originally going to have the Ainley master we already had, or the one everyone wants but things were altered due to costs or duplication. We dont any advanced info from underground toys as regards sets so i know as much as you! ( and if we did we would not be able to say anyway )
