Tom had a slightly different scarf and brief wore a tam for a small part of Terror of the Zgons otherwise his outfit didn’t change…..His outfit in Talons was still in keeping with the rest of his clothes in that season…. That outift is nothing like Colins style at all…and why would he change in the 1940s if he didnt change his outfit to fit in with Industrial revolution England in Mark of the Rani….

I’m assuming it’ll be for undercover purposes to do with the storyline. Seven is wearing a different outfit on the cover for We Are The Daleks, and his usual outfit on the other two covers, so it’s probably safe to assume it’ll be the same for Six.

How do you know its not something to do with the story line, Bletchley Park

Even on TV the 4th Doctor changed to fit in with the location and story once in a while , Talons of weng chiang, Terror of the zygons for example

I wonder why they always want to take Colin out of his outfit …that was his trademark…they never do it with Tom… I wish the attitude didnt always seem to be noone likes colins outfit change it !!

They rarely do change his outfit, it’s only in certain circumstances that they do. For the majority of his run in audios, on the covers he’ll be in his Blue or multicoloured coat.
